Purchased 2 x EarBuds. Gave credit card details and was then asked if I wanted lifetime warranty and as the cell to say no thanks was so small I accidentally pressed yes. The same applied with the 4 air tags. I have requested refunds for warranty and tags. I immediately called and was later told it was too late as order already processed.

After a good support from the team I did a second try using PayPal instead the credit-card directly. Now I am waiting for the ordered goods...
