Surprise didn't work out!
Delivery time was average so I dont understand the reasoning to pay for expedited delivery. Customer care was very helpful and prompt responding. I bought these as a surprise for my daughter and new boyfriend (who does not speak english). Turns out they were comfortable communicating via text using Google translate.

Abzocke beim Widerruf, 15 Minuten nach Bestellung war eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich (?!!!?), weil Ware schon versandt war???? Statt angegebenen 49,90 Preis plötzlich auf 89,90 gestiegen PLUS nie erwähntes Abo Modell mit 89,00 E PRO MONAT. Kontakt via KI Antwort abgeschmettert, ebenso keine Reaktion auf den Hinweis das die Liefeadress falsch ist. Diese Firma/Site ist Betrug, bloß nicht darauf reagieren.

It did not work the way me and my Wife…
It did not work the way me and my Wife needed it to work. She only speaks French African. The earbuds doesn't really translate her language properly. Not to mention you can only use the headphones with the phone, and only in close proximity. This does not suit our needs.

Buyer Beware! They play games with Reviews - FOLLOW UP REVIEW
Buyer Beware! They play games with the reviews and are not as good as they claim. The Sonabuds worked ok, but their controls are not intuitive and they are not loud enough to use in a setting where there is a lot of back ground noise. First they tried to tell me that they couldn't find my order. So I sent them the invoice. Then, before they would talk with me about how to return them, they asked me to write a review for Trust Pilot. (THIS IS A FOLLOWUP TO THAT ONE) Once I did that they offered me a 25% instant refund to keep them. They said that I would be responsible to cover the return shipping and the Sonabuds must be unused and in original packaging, however, the website says nothing about them being unused. I reminded them the website offers a 100% guarantee. I had actually gotten 2 sets and only tried one of them. The one that I tried still had the plastic protective covering and the other box was unopened. I sent them pictures. Then they offered me 45% instant refund on the whole order. I checked into returning them and since they come from China it was going to cost $200 to return them. It was not worth it. I would advise you to check out the Soundcore Aerofit 2 Earbuds. They work much better and have better sound quality.
