Am a regular customer cos I’m greedy. The pollen croissant butter cake was absolutely lovely but I’ve given it 4 stars as I found the sponge a TINY bit dry. But honestly I barely chewed it

Actually I ended up getting it delivered to my old address. Told the new owners to keep and enjoy. It would have tasted amazing I am sure.

Totally delicious ! Whilst expensive the slice can be shared between 4 ! So not really … and it’s absolutely worth it!!!

I ordered the Croissant Butter Bertha, Mocha Bertha, Matcha Bertha and Matcha cookies all tasted and looked amazing. The Matcha (I know I was shocked too!) and the Croissant Bertha’s have made it into my top favourites now along with the Banana Bread Bert.

Really appreciated the matcha cookies not being iced as I find iced cookies way too sweet for me. So that was fab!

To address Pamela’s comment further down I wanted to say to the contrary that I thought the email was extremely professional and responsible as a lot of small companies wouldn’t have sent any email (let alone offer a replacement product or refund!) and just waited for people to email them. I’ve been ordering from them for a few years now and if there’s ever been a problem (once had a delivery that didn’t come then turned up 5 days later, delivery co fault) they sorted it out straight away and were brilliant about it!

Looking forward to ordering again :)

Delicious goodies delivered with care to your door! What more could you ask for!!

I ordered two items on 24th April 2026. They arrived on the 28th April 2026, nicely packed and I was looking forward to trying them. Within an hour of trying the truffle bar I received two separate emails from this company, one telling me not to eat the truffle bar but to put it in the bin (too late). The other email advised me the best before dates on other items was incorrect. They did offer a replacement or a refund on the truffle bar. Extremely unprofessional and potentially dangerous. Nothing would induce me to purchase anything else from this company.

Ordered the Bertha white chocolate ganache mocha cake. On arrival it looked the part, but once opened it was roughly 60% icing and 40% actual cake.
The icing itself was the main issue — extremely strong, overly sweet with a bitter coffee flavour that completely overpowered everything else. It wasn’t enjoyable to eat, and I ended up scraping most of it off just to get to the sponge.
To be fair, the cake underneath was decent. But the balance is completely off, and for something marketed as premium, it misses the mark.
Wouldn’t order this one again.

Amazing! The Armadillo pie is my absolute favourite sweet treat in the world! I never want to eat anything else again, ever! Perfection!
Big Bertha was decadent, rich, moist, and just plain delicious.
The cookies and brownies are fun and so so yummy! The cookies are soft but not too soft- just right. The brownies are thick and gooey. So cloggy, which is the percect kind!
The PB&J brownie is different but extremely tasty! It was my fave one.
You cant beat the extremely quick despatch, either. Baked, posted and delivered within 1-2 days!
Genuinely love this company and will be ordering again... and again, and again!

Fast shipping, excellent packaging and they treat their products with upmost care, the product itself doesn’t need much more explanation and they are simply delicious and would put our sugar and chocolate allowance maxed out for the rest of the month ;)
