Amazing
Thrilled, safely and perfectly packaged… was apprehensive originally about price but so worth it. So much care and attention. I couldn’t believe how much it weighed… it’s massive. Finally, and most importantly, tastes amazing… highly recommend and will definitely order again!!

So I have to say I’ve had Bertha, Bert original and milk versions and well they are amazing BUT this collab with Pollen OH MY GAWD - it’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and I’m old so this being there is saying something!
It’s hidden and I won’t be sharing I will be working my way through every single tiny crumb all to myself !

I ordered from the coffee shop line…
I ordered from the coffee shop line where I purchased the milk chocolate, matcha and the white mocha Bertha.
The milk chocolate and matcha cakes were solid choices. Exactly as you’d expect the flavour, very decadent. We warmed it up for a few seconds and it made all the difference. Me and my family enjoyed both of these.
However, the white mocha was a disappointment to say the least. We were really looking forward to it, but the icing was pure coffee. I can’t imagine someone wanting a coffee cake and wanting to eat something that tastes like you’re chewing straight coffee granules. The ratio was completely off, and I’m a coffee lover. The cake itself was lovely, but considering it is layered with the coffee icing, it overpowered the cake and made it inedible.
Given how pricey the slices are, it was disappointing.

Treat Yourself
The product is so good. I ordered a slice of Bert coffee cake and the cookie bundle. The cake was so delicious, tasted like a tiramisu but in cake form and the cookies?! faaaaack. The best cookies I have ever eaten.
Communication was excellent and packaging and delivery spot on.
I highly recommend this company.
