George at Asda Omdömen 

I was gifted a Scoville pots and pans set from ASDA that says "Lifetime Guarantee" on it.

After a few months of normal use, the non-stick coating on ALL the pans started peeling off. Not safe to use, absolute rubbish quality.

Contacted ASDA and they refused to help because I don't have the receipt as it was a gift. They said because it's not an electrical item they can't do anything.

How is anyone supposed to keep a receipt for a LIFETIME? What is the point of a Lifetime Guarantee if you demand a lifetime of receipts?

Very poor product and even worse customer service. ASDA is happy to advertise a Lifetime Guarantee but won't honour it. Avoid Scoville.

Having requested a refund for an online George duvet cover (colour nothing like the photo online) a pick up collection was arranged however having waited in a whole day no one turned up. It's transpires that the collection was attempted at completely the wrong address. Another pre-arranged pickup collection was made for three days later. Exactly the same thing happened with photo evidence of a collection attempted again at a wrong address. I was told a further arrangement would be made which I flatly refused and demanded a refund. I was refused a refund and told this was not possible. I threatened the small claims court and social media negativity. I was then told I could post the parcel back to the supplier, which is not George. I have been told I will get my postage refunded once I provide the receipt to George, together with a refund for the duvet cover, although I am not convinced. I am also told I cannot return the item to store as it was ordered online from a separate supplier. This is the first time I have ever ordered from George and it will definitely be the last.

ordered 5 pairs of shorts and kitchen 2 pans. pans arrived on friday time slot i paid for, rest arrived the monday. got delivery refunded as their facebook team is somewhat good. HOWEVER, the monday delivery WAS NOT my order. underwear, socks and shirts came. delivery note was right. asda told me to send it back and they'd exchange it for the right order. Still not dispatched. No goodwill voucher or anything for this trouble. The delivery refund is a gift card so i have to shop once more sadly but i WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! Stay away please!

I'd give - 10 if I could. Asda you have well and truly gone down in my estimation . You take people's money then we cant get it back. Your representatives are absolutely useless. Pretending they couldn't hear me when I asked for a refund n I list my s**t. 3 times ive rang now n still no order or refund. Fuming... keep away from asda ...scammers

I ordered a 35 litre Really Useful Box for home delivery by Evri. It arrived today in a torn plastic bag, no other protective material, not even bubble wrap. When I opened it I found it was cracked and the blue handle broken. I contacted Asda George via Instagram. Imanuel was extremely helpful, efficient and sympathetic. Offered me a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund. Asda also refunded my original postage fee. Great customer service. Well done Asda George.

Returned goods to Asda at my cost of over £8.00, this was a month ago. No refund issued, contacted George customer services who agreed to investigate to get my 68.00 refund processed, nothing back to date other than a survey “ how did we do “ the only reason for the returns were the fact that the sizes were much larger than standard UK and the quality is not what it once was. If no refund issued I will never shop at Asda or George in the future. Think it’s time that Asda / got their act together for their loyal customers.

Received a faulty dress. No reply from customer service. Wrote to the CEO twice and still no reply. Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely shocking! Placed order and paid for next day delivery. Needed item Asap but next day when the parcel due i got enail saying its delayed and refunded my delivery fee. Its been sent via inpost from looks of tracking. Literally no updates on where parcel is or when it will be delivered. I am now going to have to phone to get update on order...order that's now 2 days late never ever ordering from them again. Thos is now second time next day delivery never arrived

Everything out of stock. A total waste of time. Just like the stores, going downhill fast and no longer competitive.

An item was missing from my order and I called customer service which was worse I have ever spoken to would give it 0 stars unhelpful what's the point of customer service if you can't help the customer

Never again will I use Asda George click and collect service. Waited over a week with no communication about my parcel, rang up to be told lost in transit but again no one bothered to tell me this! Chased up another parcel of two items which again hadn’t arrived, same again apparently lost in transit but no one bothered to tell me! Was told I’d get an email about a refund and no surprise, iv had no email or anything to communicate what happened to my items, no compensation and no refund details. Avoid!! Il be going elsewhere for kitchen items!

Ordered curtains online and returned as the colour wasn't a good match. The only way to return is by collection. Returning to store not available. I had to ring Asda to arrange and a date was agreed. I wasn't provided with a time and couldn't track when to expect collection. The only way I could find out if the item was going to be collected was to ring Asda I called at 2pm after staying in all day. When I rang they said delivery was attempted that day at 7.45am. I am convinced this is a lie as we were home no doorbell rang or note left. I had to arrange another collection day and will have to stay in again. This is absolutely rubbish - if an item is to be collected then surely the customer should be informed of an approximate time. Very disappointed with George I won't be ordering again.

Very disappointed with the service asda is proving at the moment i have never had any problems getting a parcel delivered to the shop but since evri took over it you never receive them. Worst thing asda could have ever done is go with them!!

One star doesn’t even cut it!

On my past three orders:
First order - was given a parcel with completely the wrong order in it
Second order - somehow they got it right (bought when there wasn’t a promotion on)
Third order - is still in transit 24 hours after it was meant to arrive in store. Customer service say it’s been delivered to the wrong store 🤷‍♀️

They either have made a lot of people redundant so can’t fulfil orders, using the wrong delivery company who don’t know how to deliver orders correctly or just can’t fulfil orders when they have a promotion on (my first and third orders were orders when they had a promotion on clothes).

Ordering with another company… again!

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers in 2 sizes to be collected from store using click n collect. On leaving the store the security alert went off. You'd the kbthe security tags would have been removed when they were packed up. Returned the pair that didn't fit and once again the security alert went off. Then at the counter the colleague made such a big deal at returning them. Speaking loudly stating what they were and what size they were and how many there were. I'm just relieved I wasn't returning anything like underwear for the entire store could hear her. It was such a longwinded way of dealing with a return.

Mugs were smashed to bits, wouldn't recommend

DO NOT USE .. had an absolutely terrible experience, order placed on 21:8.26 to furnish student accommodation, only two items arrived, poor customer service is an understatement. I’ve sent five emails of complaint and enquiry about where the rest of the goods are, along with several phone calls and not had ONE single reply.son moves into accommodation today and order still not arrived..currently on way to buy goods elsewhere!!! Avoid at all costs.. SHAME ON YOU ASDA!!!!

Well I have been through hell the past couple of days.

- Asda sent me ripped bedding set
- contacted them over the phone and they said they would arrange pick up.
- no pick up happened.
-phoned again and they said they have arranged pick up.
- courier from yodel arrived while I was taking child to school.
- instead of lifting the parcel I left out for refund, they took another parcel that had been delivered to my door which happened to be a birthday present.
- 2 days later and they still have not returned my parcel.
- basically I think it’s been lost
- so they took something that wasn’t theirs to take and have not returned it.
- and the best of it is that the yodel van called to collect the “correct” return parcel this morning and did NOT bring back the one that was taken.
- disgusting behaviour and customer services.
- cheeky and ignorant over online chat also.
- and not one person I spoke too on the phone was English.

Ordered something, massive delay, pointless messages that don’t say when it will actually arrive. Avoid,

Completely awful, Fabrics like Supima Cotton very shiny online looked matt don't fit or stay put while wearing.
Polo Shirts the same.
Returning you have to go to Asda and send it from there as a parcel. You cannot return instore. You don't get a proper receipt just a number.
