I buyed a honkai star rail account, and it says too much tryes to login the account, ive waited 7 days like the customer suppor told me and still says the same. Now they offered me a 30% on my next account 🤣 and i wasted 40€, dont buy any account from here, at least of HSR

I bought an account which they provided within few minutes but the content of the account were wrong

They promised 25m gold in the account before purchasing but the account i received only had 9m (its the pull currency for the game i bought the account for)

I contacted the support both through website buildin support and email but they never gave any response

sometimes it takes a lil longer due to high demand & i get a lil nervous but if you just wait it out- idk
the email & website state things about wait times :d i think all the people who have bad experiences mustve really been rude or impatient or mistreated support in someway iunno thats just mi but ya i've ordered like 6-7 times maybe more and everyting comes froo everytime::)

I had a great experience buying the on this site I got exactly what I ordered and everything was precisely what I wanted ,very happy.

Bought an account on there on the 17th, and it still hasn't come.
the website said that due to high volume of orders the delivery might take a little over 24 hours which is understandable but a whole week? that's just disappointing.

I ordered an account from them a year ago and everything went like clockwork, but now the situation is really disappointing and looks more and more like some kind of scam. I ordered a genshin account from this site and 3 days have passed but still nothing has arrived. I wrote to them by email a couple of times, at first they fed me with promises and that in a couple of days they would send me information about this account, but now they have stopped answering my messages altogether.

P.s they delete negative reviews

Website said a maximum of 24 hours… been waiting for 47 hours and i got nothing. Jz a confirmation email that said i purchased it. Saw alot of reviews warning about this website and i regret buying from this website. Please do ur research before buying from this website and if you still do decide to buy from this website do it at your own risk. Customer service is terrible and they only replied to me once before completely ghosting me. They then replied again only when i threated to send a negative review and when i requested a refund. They said they will not give a refund according to their terms of services meaning i wont get my money back. So yea its up to how much you are rly willing to risk

One of the worst experiences you can have with any site like this I highly recommend not using it and just staying as far away from anything this company does as you can.

Listen. Depending on what game you’re looking into there will be some wait times, or stuff may happen. But every time I’ve gotten something it’s been exactly what I asked for, if you’re looking to have a fresh start or just staring out without whaling then this website is awesome.

I bought an account a couple of days ago, and I was told it may take longer due to delays. That's understandable, so I waited. Cue today, I have received no account, no further response, and they keep spamming my emails with trading accounts ?

Don't waste your time and money here, I will be contacting my bank to issue a refund soon and I urge you to do so too if you've fallen for this scam!

Ordered an account on Friday (13th) and on the same day discovered that the account was on wrong server (I ordered EU, they sent America). I contacted them shorty after finding out and they asked me to send video with issues. And then there comes nothing. I haven't got a reply since I sent those videos. On Monday I tried writing to email still the same problem. I don't know whether I should even hope for them to notice and take action. So right now it's a big NO.

Okay so let's just be honest here these guys are just some random scammers. I ordered an account waited for A WHOLE MONTH just to find out that they have cancelled my order. Are you serious like i didn't even get any email regarding it and they even took the money. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER AND EVER.

I made a purchase of an Epic Seven account that, when it arrived, had been banned weeks before I made the purchase. I know this because, when you log into the account, it shows that it was banned at the end of April, when I made the purchase in mid-June.

I wrote to the website's support team to request a solution, to which their so-called "legal team" responded a week later, threatening to take legal action if I filed a complaint with my bank. They even tried to threaten me by saying they had my personal IP address and payment information, among other things.

Obviously, I'm not just going to file a complaint, but also a formal complaint in Europe.

Be very careful with this company; they're scammers.
