I received the login info, but was never able to log into the account.
I contacted support right away, but they refused to replace or refund.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this site, thats a literal scam.

9 out of 10 account don’t work and they will blow you off every time. Basically scammers. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I bought and account from them and it took 10 days, just for me to find out that a lot of people got the same account as me. THIS WEBSITE HAS TURNED INTO A SCAM.

It's trusted I don't know why other people are spreading machine about this being a fraud in a scam its now I just purchase an account in it was actually had the same information same gems into white people complaining about them not being satisfied..

I bought a $15 opbr account which was said to have 5000+ gems and 900 gold fragments along with an ex. However when I received the account I logged in and the account had 4200 gems and 300 gold fragments. Once I saw this I attempted to resolve it via the live chat to no avail. They asked me to provide proof that I got the wrong account, which I did then they began ignoring me. I have also sent them an email which also did not receive any reply.

Bought an account spending $40 and it has been over a week with no account or update being sent me. They also don’t respond to emails and claim that it will be soon but that was 5 days ago

But this site ITS a pure cam, they literally tried to steal at least 20 people giving the same account to everyone.

my first problem with gamesbay is they do not say on the site that they do not have stock so you only find out about the delays after you buy. these delays are outright atrocious! i’ve been waiting for an account since the 16th. i received one and everything was alright i guess (they gave me a few less primos than i paid for but i was just happy to have the account.) THEN they send me the second account i purchased. login, just to find out about 10 people have the exact same login credentials as me. they’ve outright scammed a lot of us and aren’t even giving us the decency of replying.

update: they’ve just banned those who are speaking about the scam from their discord server, and are still yet to give any of us a separate, personal account each. they have time to ban people from a discord server but don’t have time to reply properly to emails? genuine laughing stock this business is.

As of lately gamesbay has disappointed others including myself. I ordered my account a few days back and have yet to receive my account, as I'm waiting a few of my friends and others i know have all been sent the same account with the same email logins. I have been waiting 4+ days for the departure and arrival of my account that i have yet to receive, safe to say I'm very disappointed in their management to say they are sold out before purchase.

Guys don’t be fooled by the « good reviews » on their websites they are all fakes. There aren’t a single bad reviews, simply because they delete the bad reviews and replace them with fake reviews to fool you. I bought an account and the account was already banned, they said you have to wait 1 week before login in lol I waited 1 week and a half but the account is still banned. When you try to ask the support they don’t respond or says that it’s not their fault.
Please don’t be like me and waste 20€ for nothing, in the end they will scam you.

I find the site to be trustworthy I bought a lot of accounts always received them and to those crying in discord man yall funny but except from that they are legit.

Received an account for Master Duel game but with no gems as promised through the offer.

I haven't had any issues, bought about 5 accounts for few games. Waiting time may vary, but I was never disappointed.

Despite 24 hours 'guarantee', I received an account after 4 days. This accounts password didn't work - I messaged the company, and in the meantime checked their discord to see if anyone knew anything.

AT LEAST 7 other people received the SAME ACCOUNT.

This company is either an outright scam, or prime incompetence. 0 communication skills too.

Legit business! I would recommend to shop at gamesbay. I bought 2 account everything accurate but sometimes random Ex. In the account sometimes none tho

An absolutely ridiculous website lol. scam dont trust them. I ordered an account at the start of the month and they told me i would recieve it in a "few days", but no, days turned into weeks, i emailed them last week but they said "two days later" and guess what, two days passed and still havent recieved it. I emailed again, but those pigs didnt even reply back. SCAM!!!! 0/10! i dont know why i decided to trust them. genshinaccounts.com or rerollaccounts are way better with instant delivery lmfao

I ordered a Genshin account tier 2 on the 20th of June 2025 and it is now the 28th of June same year WHERE IS MY ACCOUNT. its listed on the website that it is guaranteed instantly otherwise sent manually WITHIN 24 hours. LET ME KNOW WHY ITS BEEN 8 DAYS of waiting and not receiving it. i understand that there has been many people getting accounts. IF THERE IS NONE IN STOCK DONT LET PEOPLE BUY IT THEN...

I buyed a honkai star rail account, and it says too much tryes to login the account, ive waited 7 days like the customer suppor told me and still says the same. Now they offered me a 30% on my next account 🤣 and i wasted 40€, dont buy any account from here, at least of HSR

I bought an account which they provided within few minutes but the content of the account were wrong

They promised 25m gold in the account before purchasing but the account i received only had 9m (its the pull currency for the game i bought the account for)

I contacted the support both through website buildin support and email but they never gave any response
