Really love their support and how fast they answer my questions although I was so annoying a little bit lol but they were super nice and helpful. Also they give me exactly the account I was looking for. Thank you so much. ☺️♥️

I've bought from them like a dozen times. Their feedback and response time is incredible. They're always hands on when helping. Even if errors do occur, they are very quick to resolve it and clear up the air. Its become an addiction with how many accounts I have bought from them ♡

Overall happy

Overall, a good experience. There were a few accidental mistakes with my order, but the support team was quick to respond and usually got back to me within an hour. They read my messages carefully and worked on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Communication was polite and never rude, and I appreciated how attentive they were throughout.

I purchased a Genshin Impact account from this website. The delivery was fast, and the account worked fine at first. I was able to play on it for a while without any issues.

However, after about 20 days, I lost access to the email account linked to the game account. As a result, I could no longer receive the verification codes required to log in. This left me completely unable to access the account.

I contacted customer support, and to be fair, they were polite and responded to my messages. They reviewed my case and confirmed that the email password had been changed after delivery. Unfortunately, because the issue happened outside their 5-day warranty period, they refused to provide a replacement account or compensation.

While I appreciate that the support team took the time to respond, my experience ultimately ended with losing access to the account I purchased, which was very disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to continue accessing the account, and we understand how disappointing this must have been after the account initially worked.

After reviewing the case, our team confirmed that the issue was reported outside our 5-day warranty period. As stated in our policy, once an account is delivered and confirmed working, it is the buyer’s responsibility to secure the account details as soon as possible, including updating passwords and security information where available.

That said, we did review your case carefully and looked into whether we could assist further. Unfortunately, because the linked email access was no longer available to us and the order was already outside warranty, we were unable to recover the account or provide a full replacement. We also considered a goodwill replacement, but due to the value and cost of this specific account, we are unable to absorb a full replacement outside the warranty period.

We understand this is not the outcome you hoped for, but we want to assure you that our team did take the time to check the situation and respond to your concerns. We remain committed to being fair, transparent, and consistent with our policy for all customers.

As a goodwill gesture, you may contact us directly and we’ll be happy to provide a discount should you decide to place another order.

I've been buying here stuffs since years and now after one year from my last purchase it still worked! Actually an incredible site with a great support (I had 2-3 times problem with the order [incorrect email, password etc.], but they always solved the problems and it's been pretty fast too). If you have doubts like I had in a page first time belive, it's legit this time.

Great service!

The staff is really helpful ! ive ordered from them about 5 or 6 times before (i cant keep track lol) and ive been happy with the results every time! definitely recommend :D

Usually a good experience however last time i ordered the email was deleted a few days after so i couldn't log back in, when i emailed they were extremely unhelpful, not even good explanations just “we cant recover accounts after 5 days” when i repeatedly explained that i did send a message over their website within that frame and it apparently just disappeared and when i simply wanted to know if there was ANYTHING that could be done, always the same short unhelpful response. I understand if they couldn’t do anything but i would really appreciate a more helpful message explaining what went wrong or why and what they could/couldnt do.
