J'ai acheté une bonne dizaine de fois des comptes dans plusieurs jeux chez eux.
La plupart du temps je les recevaient, au bout de 10-15 heures, c'était long mais supportable. Mais il arrive des fois où je ne suis pas livré DU TOUT. Et là préparez-vous à vivre l'enfer sur terre: AUCUNE RÉPONSE POSSIBLE. que ce soit par le chat, que ce soit par mail, ces voleurs font les morts et ne remboursent ou ne font jamais aucun avoir. Fuyez.

Placed an order with them and It has been days now and I emailed them multiple times and nothing! I also tried to reach customer service and it prompts you to email them. So there is no way of reaching anyone at customer service! I paid with a credit card and do not like the fact that you send your personal info to these people and cannot contact anyone at all! Seems kind of sketchy!

ive bought from this site multiple times and it has always been good !! sometimes the accounts take a little while to arrive, but they always come with what they say and sometimes even some bonuses like an extra 5 star or a welkin! support is super helpful and quick too, if the account you bought is sold out then they offer you multiple alternatives and deliver it to you quickly <3 the only downside is that normally the characters aren't leveled at all past 20-40, so you might need to ask for help from a friend to start leveling some up !!

I have been waiting for a response for two days regarding my order.

The product was advertised as 90,000+ Chrono Crystals, but the account I received contains only 81,668 Chrono Crystals.

If I do not receive a response or a solution soon, I will have to contact my bank regarding this transaction.

I didn't get help with a purchased account that didn't work, I didn't spend much money but I wanted a minimum of support so I wanted it to be a bad quality of customer support

extremely disappointed with my experience. The website advertised my account as “premium” and “meta,” but the account I received was mid and not premium nowhere near what I expected for how much i paid.

It also said the account would arrive within 24 hours, while mine took well over that to be delivered. I contacted customer support lots of times and never got a response from them. please do not buy from ts site its buns

no longer good, I’ve been waiting almost 24 hours for my account, but I think I know i’m not getting it in the end lol, they use to be really good about it and just have gone down since. they now only respond MAYBE if you give them a bad review and it’s just to threaten you lol.

My friend and I bought two Wuthering Waves accounts to play together, waited 24+ hours to get our accounts, the accounts worked fine for the first two days. I try to login today, and the account email and/or password has been changed, for both me and my friend's account. I've angrily contacted customer service to no response from either email or discord. I am doubtful I'm getting my accounts back, this company has worked with other purchases I've done, and now they pull this from under the rug. Scummy, disgusting and I'm dissapointed.
