Although we did deal direct with Gen H, the whole process has been smooth and they were able to offer us the mortgage when others couldn't due to our special circumstances of age and being self employed.

Alison the underwriter was exceptional
As a mortgage broker with almost 25 years mortgage broking experience, I want to give a special shout out to my underwriter Alison, who despite coming back from a few days holiday, took the time out on the day of her return to call me about my urgent and complicated case, understand the full dynamics for the clients situation, which was a joint borrower, sole proprietor case, and took a common sense approach, so rare amongst lenders these days! Complete scam
Complete scam. Don’t waste your money! Reached out to the Company for a refund which was ignored - despite them advising 30day money back guarantee. Ships from China. Packaging is rubbish, took over 2 weeks to arrive so it was too late anyway for what I ordered for.
