I can’t recommend Gendan Ltd highly enough.

I first dealt with Gendan many years ago when I purchased VCDS software for my VW Polo, and the experience was excellent. More recently, I needed some diagnostic equipment for my Vespa GTV and purchased the FXTUL M4 EU from them.

Once again, I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. The ordering process was quick, straightforward and very efficient, and communication throughout was excellent. I was kept well informed and the equipment arrived promptly.

The packaging deserves a special mention too. Everything was extremely well protected and the item was double-boxed, which gave me great confidence that it had been packed with care and would arrive safely.

And, of course, the unexpected packet of Haribo sweets was a lovely little touch! 😊 It’s those small details that show a company genuinely cares about its customers.

It’s great to see that after all these years Gendan Ltd is still providing such an efficient, professional and friendly service. Based on my experiences both years ago and again recently, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gendan to anyone looking for diagnostic equipment.

Very knowledgeable and happy to provide pre-purchase advice. The item I ordered was quickly delivered. However owing to the poor service from Royal Mail, it was not delivered the next day which I had paid extra for. Gendan however subsequently refunded the next day delivery fee without quibble.

The item itself, a fault code reader works perfectly and is clearly a professional bit of kit.

Overall a great experience with this company from whom I would happily buy again.

I am a private car enthusiast, who is a long-term owner of a VCDS system via Gendan. I recently ordered a Foxwell i 50 TS. Called them to check over compatibility with a specific older car. Good chat with a friendly advisor. Then used the online ordering system to place and monitor the order. All went well and parcel arrived carefully packed. on-time and all as expected. Very good.

I purchases an OBD vLinker MC+ from Gendan. It's appears to be a great product. Gendans shipping communications are hilarious to say the least! Those shipping emails made me smile for quite a while and I really appreciate the humour! Thank you for that...
