THE RECENT PURCHASE OF DIOGNOSTIC TOOL FROM FOXWELL WAS NOT WORTH THE 400 DOLLAR PLUS PRICE AS IT HAS LIMITED ABILTY AND MY PREVIOUS FOXWELL DIOGNOSTIC SCANNER WILL DO MOST OF SAME FUNCTIONS AT THE PRICE RANGE OF 150.00 DOLLARS ,WHEN I NEED A DIOGNOSTIC READING I REACH FOR MY PREVIOUS CHEAPER PURCHASED FOXWELL WHICH IS FASTER TO USE AND SHOWS SAME CODE ERRORS. IF I WAS OFFERED A REFUND OF THE 400 PLUS DOLLARS ,I WOULD GLADLY TAKE THE REFUND .

Easy to order from the website and delivery was prompt. The I bought the Foxwell NT530 Plus Bidirectional Diagnostic OBD2 Scanner with VW software for my Golf, and a second GM software for my Colorado. It was easy to set up and use. My immediate need was to sync new key fobs for the Colorado. It worked like a charm, and I expect to be able to diagnose any problems in the future.

Absolutely crap service and bait and switch.

Package has sat in Cincinatti for over 1 week and when you check the USPS website tracking it says illegal postage. so it has never been delivered.

I ordered a Foxwell NT301 OBD2 code reader directly from Foxwell. It was delivered extremely quickly. The instructions were clear and it was very easy to use to find the error codes on my car so I could get a quick diagnosis. I am sure it will prove very useful for years to come.

Excellent customer service from Annie at Foxwell. I had several detailed questions about the NT530 Plus and whether it would support the specific diagnostic functions I needed for my older Volvo XC90. Annie took the time to verify the vehicle and the functions individually rather than giving me a generic answer. She confirmed the module coverage, live-data capabilities, and active tests I needed, and also explained how they would switch my included vehicle software over to Volvo after the scanner arrived. Her responses were clear, patient, knowledgeable, and directly influenced my decision to purchase the NT530 Plus. This is exactly the kind of technical support you hope to receive when buying diagnostic equipment. Thank you, Annie—you were outstanding!

I was first using the Foxwell OBD2 NT 530 and the item is responding very well with my car.

Very quick and easy to set up an account and much easier to use than a lot of others, the auto vin feature is fast and easy to use.
It identified the car and details in seconds on a 2011 Mercedes E250, then I did a full system DTC scan which took a minute or two but there's a lot to scan on a Merc.
The final thing I used it for was to do a service reset and that was so simple with full step by step instructions on screen.
The GT60 also generates a full report and let's you save it and email it.

For me it was well worth the money spent, a dealer quoted a whole lot more than the cost of the GT60 to do the same thing.
From start to finish the service from Foxwell has been second to none & I'd happily buy from them again.

I purchased the 510 Elite OBD handheld device and successfully downloaded/installed the software specific to my electric Hyundai Kona. It rescued our car from the many brake related error codes following a rear brake change. Only wish I had it before I changed the brakes but you live and learn!

Coming from an IT support background I found the initial setup process very easy but the instructions supplied are not the clearest in my view. Highly recommend this device as can save an awful lot of grief and potential high costs at a garage. If you are unsure of a given error code, simply look it up online which is exactly what I did with great success!

A quality shopping and prompt delivery experience. I have yet to properly use my thermal scanner but my brief testing was a positive one.

I've been having issues with brakes, it was either upgrade my scanner or pay a dealership for something I could do and cheaper.

I don’t like it how do I send it back?

I am new to OBD scanners. Up to now I am not too impressed with the Foxwell NT650 Pro. I do not find it very user friendly to someone who doesn't know much about the subject. The user manual appears to be a generic manual, possibly based on an older model. I say this because when I try to follow the instructions, I find that the screens and prompts are similar but different to those shown in the manual. This leaves me unsure that I am using it correctly. It would also be helpful if there was a help dialogue for each screen either on the unit or in the manual. As an example, a screen appears with a list of 5 protocols - Is it asking me to choose one ? How do I know which one ?
I knew that my car had a DTC present because someone else had read it for me. I hooked up the Foxwell and found the DTC and found the freeze frame data which I found informative. I went on a few days later to try and find out the level of Adblue but could not find it. While on I tried to revisit the DTC but could not find it. Was I doing something wrong ? Had the car cleared it ? Had I cleared it ? , but surely I could not do that by mistake.
So overall it's OK, but not fantastic.

i've bought NT 510 but it was configurated for Honda.
I've an Aston Martin, so Annie from foxwell explain me gently how to update it .
