Wow a funny experience not only were they fast in my delivery, the comical email updates were funny in the process.
I had concerns with a web page that looked like the old pop ups from a dial up but deffo wrong.
Not only well packaged and fast delivery as expected, no rip off price, my Unit logged and worked Zero issues. Many thanks to Seller, if needed for any up grades deffo be back

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience. We strive to offer the best customer experience we can.
You purchased a product from us in early January, then emailed around 2 weeks later, asking to return it, as you had changed your mind.
We're happy to accept returns for a refund within 14-days, provided the product is unused and 'as new'.
When we received the product back, it showed usage data for multiple fault code resets and a car's VIN had been registered to the product. This information is permanently stored in the PC interface and can't be cleared. As explained prior to you sending the product back, we can only offer refunds on unused products.
At your request, the used item was returned back to you.

A WORTHY FIVE STARS
Friendly, helpful, efficient, and great to deal with. They always answer the phone and are happy to offer advice, whether you’ve purchased from them or not. You might find something a few quid cheaper elsewhere, but the service Gendan provide is top-notch and more than worth the extra pennies. Quick deliver and free sweets, now, we all like free sweets with orders. A worthy 5 stars.

Well what can I say !
Its the first time I have purchased from Gendan and I own an old audi a8 d2 1997 2.8cc and have purchased a quality cable to use via software etc .
Only cost £20 plus £6 next day delivery,I sent a message with my order and at 3pm I received a very kind call from Sam who explained everything to me that I needed to know to make sure I had the knowledge of using it etc , extremely knowledgeable and said call us if you need advice, this company sell high end diagnostic equipment for all cars and diy to top Vehicle company professionals and I received all that great customer service for just a small item so wanted to say that Gendan Ltd are Top Class and will always use them and there products are of the highest quality you can get .Extremely Professional

Great product and service
Great product
We have two Audis and VCDS gives you the information you need to resolve issues quickly,
I have managed to reset the service reminders, diagnose a coolant Temperature sensor wiring fault, replace a EGT Sensor that was open circuit and run a DPF regeneration.
I have had to speak the team at Gendan once and they were very helpful and gave me the information i needed(Thanks Sam).
Thoroughly recommended!

Hi, purchased an obd last week and the personalised and funny message was so nice and unique and put a smile on our faces.
Haribos with my sweet tooth was nice when opening up package.

What can I say Brilliant
What can I say, do not let the website put you off, when I found it, I thought wow nothing like I’ve seen before, but as I typed in what I was looking for the search bar recognised what I wanted as I typed, and at a cheaper price than I had seen anywhere, I contact them via wattsapp on the weekend, they messaged me back first thing Monday morning to confirm the part I was looking for was correct and it was, I ordered Monday @ 10 am and it arrived Tuesday @ 15.00 pm

Excellent Service From Gendan
Ordered my HEX-V2 (3 VIN version) and all arrived next day in a sturdy blue case - along with a nice surprise. Gendan kept me fully informed on my order progress and even built some humour into my despatch notice email. The Ross-Tech product and software were simple to setup and even as a complete novice I'd carried out my first Auto-Scan inside an hour of receipt. No hesitation in purchasing from Gendan in the future - keep up the excellent work.

Superb OBD2 & Software
Purchased an OBD2 kit for Fiat & Alfa Romeo etc. Cost a bit more than the unbranded tat on eBay, but worked perfectly. Multiecuscan with the supplied adaptors can access every module, system & computer in the car.

Absolutely disgraceful behavior by Mike! I had a lot of questions to ask about a diagnostic tool and in the end he told me that I have been asking questions for 5 hours and that they are here to help but not to chat..
He didnt even offer an apology when I called to complaint! I am in true shock!
I need a manager to give me a call asap! Before ai consider taking legal action! I have photo of what he told me! Unbelievable behaviour!!

Hi Tolis,
I politely answered your questions, (even when you repeated questions to try to get me to recommend something that was cheaper, but less suitable for your car), every few minutes for over 4 hours.
When it got to nearly 5 hours, and you then asked me why you needed to buy a diagnostic tool (after spending over 4 hours asking us to recommend one), I simply replied:
"Not meaning to be rude, but you've been asking questions for almost 5 hours.
We're here to help, but not to chat".
It was an attempt to end the conversation politely, as the conversation with you had gone on for half a day, and we weren't getting anywhere.
I do not feel I was rude, and when you phoned to complain I apologised if you thought it was.
As I tried to explain on the phone, you are not our only customer, and spending half of my working day answering one customer's questions impacts heavily on the time I can be offering customer service to other customers.

Purchased a Hexcan GS911 cable. Arrived super quick with helpful updates on delivery which was free of charge. Highly recommend

Supposed to have this item delivered to my home address instead they deliver it to a hub which is a shop and as I work a lot I had to take time off to go and get this item , poor service also not a great product for the money wouldn’t use this company again just like to add that when I order a item I expect not to run around trying to pick it up from a delivery point like I said wouldn’t use this company again. Poor service and poor response to my complaint just show you they just don’t care about there customer

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy and have left a negative review – as you can see from our other reviews, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re saddened and disappointed whenever a customer is anything but happy.
However, in direct response to your review:
You ordered via our website at 8:30 on a Sunday evening, and chose not to upgrade from our free delivery service, which for the product you chose was DHL.
We despatched the order on the Monday, and DHL attempted delivery to your address the following day, but there was no answer at the door.
While it is certainly more common for the parcel to be returned to the depot, for delivery to be reattempted at a later date, your nearest depot (Exeter) is over 44 miles (at least 50 minutes drive) from your address, and is only open between 8am and 8pm, 6 days a week.
As a result, the driver decided it would be a better option to leave the parcel at your nearest 'Service Point' – a local shop, which is only 0.3 miles (a 6 minute walk) from your nominated delivery address, and is open from 7am to 9pm, 6 days a week.
You collected the parcel the following day, and have activated the product.
Although it's unusual for a missed delivery to be taken to a service point after the first delivery attempt, it gave you the opportunity to get the parcel the same day within 15 minutes, rather than a 2-hour round-trip to the depot.
We were disappointed that your first recourse was to open an 'Item not received' PayPal dispute, rather than contacting us.
If collecting from the service point was going to be a problem, had you spoken to us, we may have been able to arrange redelivery. Once the dispute was open, our hands were tied.
As I write this (4 days after you activated the product), I notice you have not updated the PayPal case to say you have now received the item.
With regards to the product, again if you have an issue, please contact us. The vast majority of feedback we receive for that particular product reflects upon how good the value is. There are very few diagnostic tools on the market that offer the same (near dealer-level) coverage, for anywhere near the price.

Just to respond to your revised review - "when I order a item I expect not to run around trying to pick it up from a delivery point".
Then why order for delivery on a day you're not going to be home?
DHL delivered it to a Service Point literally a few hundred yards from your front door.

Fantastic company, I needed to get into a 2022 Fiat 2.2 ducato ecu , found to have SGW on it , emailed these guys , responded very quickly, expert advice on what to do, cable sent out very fast , my customer now has a clean dpf and out in his van delivering hes over the moon very happy customer , I’m happy due to this company….highly recommend
