The problem is that there is no contact…

The problem is that there is no contact number and Q ans A is just automated even contact form is.
Also i forgot it is the company that comes up cheaper so you click on them but systematically add 20pounds on the last page.
I think it must be their fee to find the flights. Next time i find the flight and book straight from the company itself much better. If there is any issue you cannot do anything. I got so stressed whenthe booking number was not working and no one i could talk to.

They took my money and haven’t paid me…

They took my money and haven’t paid me back I lost so much money on train booking taxi booking and hotel booking holiday ruind for cristmas not worth risking to save a bit of money I don’t understand how can they suddenly cancel my flight is even legal and now they want £400 more I’m absolutely fuming can I take them to court

Great site and good price.

Got an amazing price for the flight very easy to book online. Have been looking for months and this was the best deal by far and nice and direct very happy. Email confirmation came through in a few minutes, good secure site as had to approve payment through my bank app.

More Info Would Be Better

Information on baggage was not laid out clearly. Would have been useful to be able to see flight details at all stages of booking process. Seat selection not available for some long haul legs but no information supplied as to why or what would happen.
