Hi, I booked ticked from them unfortunately my name spellings are wrong on my ticket and this was system error. Booking I'd 10206990. I asked them to correction but they emailed me that I have to buy another ticket. What a joke. This is their mistake but I have to pay for it not make sense. So be careful don't buy from them even tickets or holiday pack are cheap.

Awful company, worse customer service!
I paid extra for a special meal and they didn't bother even making the request, told me it was my responsibility to make the request directly with the airline, even though they are charging for it! No acknowledgement or even an apology for a 31h journey with essentially no food. Truly disgusting and inhuman behaviour, will never use them again, reading the reviews I'm sure they'll learn about karma.

What a miserable company, they take the money of your account and 2 days before flight they decide to cancell it, when you call them (if you're lucky to respond) they just said wait, you need the money to book somewhere else, but they just said you have to wait.

They have poor customer service and it takes forever for them to refund your money.

I have booked a flight with them they cancelled my flight saying payment is not approved but they deduct the payment from my account

I was overcharged for my flight Dublin to Bangkok back in May. Trying to get refunds

They changed my flight ticket for 5 people that I bought for China Southern Airlines. 43 hours with a flight with two connections. How will we make this 3-day flight with 2 babies? When I wanted to cancel the ticket, they said we do not give a refund. If you want to change the route, they say pay 50 GBP per person. The flight they changed was a much cheaper flight. The flight I bought is still on sale. I cannot accept you changing my ticket without my permission. They did not respond to the emails I sent. It's a site that keeps asking for money for everything. If you do not take the necessary action, I will take legal action.

Avoid - they'll ask you for extra payments, so even when fares are looking attractive at first, you have no idea how much you will end end paying

3.4 Tix/Gate1/Flighttix reserves at all times the right to revoke the rates given within five working days after your reservation. This might for instance be caused by computer failures or unexpected changes in airport taxes and security taxes... ....Should the total amount of your reservation unexpectedly end up higher because of this, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge or you can still confirm the reservation at the higher price with an additional payment.

Absolutely the biggest rip off. No contact number don't respond to emails, website fails to take you to a cancellation area. Everyone do yourself a favour. Go directly to the airlines instead of these rip off merchants.

Awful company. Purchased tickets but was not given full information and documentation. I ended up having to pay an additional £600 at the airport when returning and spent 8 hours at the airport. When I reported it to Gate1, I was rudley told that they do not take liability and that my complaint is closed.

The information on the website is very helpful. Especially for a first time traveller.

This is the first time I use Gate1. The booking made so easy.
