British made good quality replacement hose
Firstly it was great to be able to buy a British made product. I bought a replacement gas hose to connect a propane bottle to my caravan. Delivery was very quick and the hose fitted perfectly. It was a galvanised sheathed hose giving extra life before it needs replacing. It looks well made and I'm happy to recommend this product.

I was looking for a gas regulator. Pack sent out included regulator, hose and fittings which was great.
Website easy to navigate. Item received within a few days of ordering and good value for money.

Ordered gas ring arrived damaged. Replacement sent out when damaged item was collected. Replacement gas ring also arrived damaged and was unusable as per photos sent. I explained that I needed the gas ring for a planed trip and as a gesture of goodwill asked if they could send the replacement immediately. However they did not send third replacement and will only do so when the damaged and useless item is collected!!! My planed camping trip went ahead with NO GAS RING

I purchased this item to convert my French BBQ regulator to fit a UK gas bottle. oI then discovered that the French regulator was damaged during removals and the adaptor was no longer needed.
Hamilton accepted my request to return and provided paperwork to support it.

I thought the website was easy to navigate and allowed me to choose a suitable product (even though I am a DIY bodger rather than expert).
