My experience of my first purchase was…
My experience of my first purchase was amazing. The store assistant was quick to respond sent me photos and videos of the bag I bought. I love the fact that they have different monthly instalments plans. She informed me about everything before making the purchase and was patient with me. So far so good I will repurchase again.

They sold a Fake Goyard Wallet to me.
They sold a Fake Goyard Wallet to me.
I bought a Goyard wallet from the brand which was deemed fake by two authenticating companies. On Garderobe's about us page they have mentioned that they get each item authenticated by a third party authentication company; I asked them which company was the one who authenticated the Goyard wallet, and they said that they would not share this information (implying they don't use any third party authentication company). I asked them to refund my money which they haven't done.

At Garderobe all of our items go through an extensive inspection and authentication process to ensure that we do not accept or sell counterfeit products.
As we discussed with you privately on 19/11/2022, we requested that you send the wallet for us to inspect and re-authenticate; as per Garderobe's policy, our customers are entitled to 100% refund if an item is found to be inauthentic, however we can only re-authenticate the item if it is physically present. Unfortunately, you did not bring the item and were unresponsive after we offered to collect it from you.

The quality of items is great. I purchased a Chanel bag and the entire process was so smooth. The team was constantly in touch with me and made sure the item was delivered in best condition at a really good price!

Loved my experience, 10/10!
I found Garderobe through a website recommendation for secondhand designer clothing. I came in and Kaye immediately welcomed my party. She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our entire experience. While I was trying out a couple pieces, she kept the rest of my family company and talked about places in Dubai she recommended. Her knowledge about the store, designer pieces, and help in general is absolutely outstanding. She even went beyond and helped us find a car to our next destination! I fell in love with a dress and immediately purchased it. 10/10 recommend, will be back!
