I had a problem with my g7 pro wuchang edition. Messaged the team, and was able to get a completely new controller. Amazing customer service also, couldn't of handled it better

Following a terrible experience with Sony controllers, I tried Gamesir after reading online reviews - and wasn't sorry.

For a controller under £20, the quality is great (much better than Sony branded controllers) and feels more robust when in use. I have yet to test it over a prolonged period but after a week, the signs are good.

Branded controllers are expensive and (if Sony is anything to go by) they build them to fail so they have to be replaced at more than £60 each. Stick drift on the PS5 is alarmingly widespread - cheap sensors apparently. If the Gamesir replacement lasts 2 years, I'll be happy for the price paid.

This Controller is Awesome

I would like to provide some feedback on the design. The D-pad can be a little sticky, occasionally resulting in accidental inputs. Additionally, the bumpers and triggers are positioned very close together, which can also lead to unintended button presses. These issues occur sporadically, but I wanted to bring them to your attention.

I am giving your customer service 5 stars. After owning the controller for four months and experiencing the issue with the left bumper sticking, your team resolved the matter quickly and sent a replacement after just a few emails.

I was given a faulty gamepass ultimate with my controller. I contacted gamesir about my problem and within 24 hours I was given a working code with no issues. This is how customer support should be like with gaming equipment.

There was a problem with my left joystick on the Cyclone 2 controller where it wouldn't make a clicking sound when pushing the stick in. I joined the discord and chatted in the customer support channel to the staff members, and they quickly helped resolve my situation. I sent the controller back to one of their locations, and they sent me a new controller when I gave them the tracking number. I appreciate how they handled my issue and quickly gave me a new controller after I provided evidence that it wasn't working properly. Thanks to Robin and Shark in the discord!

Well, after going through a bit research I book one gamepad on Amazon that is gamesir g8 plus. I was specially into android emulation gaming and this proved really Wonderful Gadget. It has many different modes to switch and bluetooth to connect with other devices as well. I also connected it to tv to play Jio Cloud Gaming and Nebula Cloud along with Xbox Cloud Gaming as well.
But in Jan 2026 one firmware update messed with the gamepad and the battery didn't last that long thereafter. After going through reddit support I visited their Discord and post this. I was connected by one of the mods and after screenshots of issue I was being offered a new gamepad. And after just some days I received it by local post by just paying minimum taxes.
Thank you for such a commitment towards consumers and helping right away. This has been amazing company I came across with following the commitments as after service. 🙏

They make very good controllers and the customer support on discord is very good, shipping is also fast

Gamesir had amazing customer service, they, asked what my problem was, asked me to send proof of it breaking and sent the new controller after. Always replied within 24 hours as well

I purchased a Game Sir G7 HE controller in 2025. After only 8 months, the L3 button malfunctioned. When I contacted Game Sir via Discord, I was assisted by a very helpful agent named "Game Sir Soul." They quickly verified my warranty and arranged for a replacement to be sent out, which arrived just 7 days later.brilliant controllers"especially the hall effect technology"

Compré un gamesir G7 HE, que venía con una tarjeta de Xbox Game pass ultimate por un mes. Cuestión que al querer usar el código me decía que había sido canjeado (cuando venía nueva la tarjeta, sin raspar). Hablé con el soporte de gamesir explicando la situación, me pidieron unos datos, y en menos de 24 hs me dieron un código nuevo de Game pass! Primera vez que puedo disfrutar ese catálogo. Excelente soporte técnico!

Bought the GameSir G7 Pro as an early Christmas gift to myself end of november 2025. The RT had stopped working along with the RT stop. After contacting customer service on the GameSir Discord, CSR "GameSir Soul" determined that the controller should be replaced and issued a replacement immediately. NEVER had such good customer service from a "tech" company in my life! Great Job GameSir and Thank you to "GameSir Soul" on discord!

Best customer service super quick and helped me fix my issue. Also very nice staff. Definitely only going to buy controllers from here from now on.

I went from an Xbox One controller, then upgraded to a Series X controller. After that, I bought a G7 controller, which was a significant upgrade from both other controllers. Now, I've decided to buy a G7 PRO, and it's a massive leap from the G7. Almost everything about it feels premium, and it has an excellent feel with its custom mapping buttons and mouse-click buttons. For $129, it's a steal and makes Microsoft and Sony's pro controllers seem nice but not worth it because of the price. Durability and stick drift are what kept me from buying an Elite Series 2, but the price, features, and quality make the G7 Pro a must-buy. The ZZZ Edition is absolutely awesome as well; I'm a fan of it.
