Excellent customer support
I had an issue with my GameSir G7 Pro where the left trigger was ghosting and registering input even when I wasn’t pressing it. I reached out to support and they walked me through troubleshooting steps like recalibration and firmware checks. When that didn’t fix the problem, they quickly moved forward with a replacement. The support process was smooth, and they stayed responsive throughout the whole thing. Really appreciate the help from GameSir Zayn for making the process easy. Solid customer service and they stand behind their products.

Wonderful service, I can’t say enough about it. I had an issue with my controller, which can happen, but when I reached out to their support team they replied quickly and tried to help fix the problem. When that didn’t work, they sent a replacement. The whole process was completed within a couple of days. Great customer support!

I purchased cyclone 2 games controller a month ago and it's charging dock stoped charging. Once issue was reported they refunded the cost of charging dock. Excellent support and services.

My first gamesir controller arrived and unfortunately had a slight wobble on the charge port (could have been the cable or the port)
I got in touch with gamesir to notify them, but I had already started using a different USB C cable that was a tight fit so I didn't bother exchanging it.
Several months later the right trigger stopped working on the shortest stroke, I immediately got in touch with gamesir, sent a video to them showing the issue and they immediately sent me out a replacement controller.
No messing around, didn't ask me to send back my controller first which is always a big negative for me because I don't have a spare controller and being left without one while they investigate it is a nightmare (here's looking at you much larger controller supplier who always asks to send their faulty product back leaving me without for two weeks +)
Gamesirs customer service, friendly & polite staff and great products will keep me coming back.
Yes this one controller had an issue or two, but it was rapidly fixed, the controllers are fantastic, feel great, decent weight to them, don't cost an arm and a leg and have great functions. 100% recommend

The X3 pro DOES NOT WORK WORTH SHIT it crashes ever 26 seconds, the charge port shuts out every 17 minutes you can not unplug the power cord or nothing works at all, the controller forgets how to function, this $100 piece of garbage is the woest ever made controller, can get 10000000000000000000000000% better product by piecing together random turds it is garbage, and the company refuses to refund, fix, or replace without me having to give them more money, total criminals and it is not due to my phone Samsung Galaxy S24, this company needs to be dissolved, I am working with the US DOD and US Trade Commission to have these criminals removed from existence

I Bought a game sir g7 pro around 3 months ago and the right trigger when stoppers were on was double clicking and sometimes not registering not only are they sending me a new controller but I asked them if they could send me a different color way than the one I bought and they didint hesitate
Inexistent support
It is disappointing the level of support you offer considering the prices of your products. A customer has to install 3rd party apps to reach your team, who don't never reply.
The controllers quality is great, but they are useless if they don't work, and you don't help either.
I had been a customer since Gamesir X2, bought 4 controllers in total, and this is what you give back once I run into a problem. I will be returning my G8+ and never buying again from your company. Thanks for nothing.

Recieve gampepass code that said already redeemed. Contacted gamesir email and provided order id and serial number and they game me replacement code.

First the triggers would not work on full lock
And the second rhe direction pad was faulty. When pressing left it goes up too.
No wireless for xbox for some reason + feels reallt cheap and light.
Not happy at all.
Emailed Gamesir a few times and no one had got back to me.
I just needed up returning them and will look for another product brand.
Shame, heard such good things about them, but two ina. Row with faults....

Excellent controller + amazing customer service
I bought a controller less than a year ago, and recently noticed that the battery would die within 2 days even at full charge and unused.
Because it's within its 1 year warranty, I wrote an e-mail to GameSir about the problem. They responded really quickly, and immediately addressed the problem by sending me a replacement.
The new controller arrived within 48 hrs.
That's it. It's so easy.
10/10 would continue to patronize this company! ❤️
