I went in and purchased 2 meals and then the next day I went in to ask if I can get my meal that I purchased heated as I was on my way to work. He said he couldn't heat it up. He was just being lazy and refused to warm up my meal. I will never give my business again to this establishment ever. I've been a good customer and spent a good amount of money here. Never again.
Decent food, ZERO customer support & flexibility
Have been a loyal customer for years but recently realized how lacking the customer support this company offers, and how unacceptable that is. I had to change my travel plans unexpectedly so won't be able to receive a scheduled order. Reached out to the support team and didn't even hear back at all (my first correspondence was within 24 hours). I even called the location fulfilling my order offering to just let them keep the food without refunding so no food gets wasted, yet they still delivered my food to the door, creating waste and a health & pest hazard for my apartment.
TLDR: their food is not bad, even sometimes good, but just know that you won't get any customer support and if you have to reschedule, too bad, not gonna happen!
Discount Loyalty Points Never Applied at Check-out
Love the food and delivery service but the recent changes to the website and my account have left me frustrated. I have been using my loyalty points to receive $5 / $10 discounts when earned. The loyalty points are deducted from my account balance, but NEVER applied at check-out. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue via support email provided and NOBODY gets back to me to address this issue. All I get back is their Terms & Conditions stating (when you dig through the fine print) they have no obligation to fix the issues with loyalty points.
They offer loyalty points as an incentive to purchase more often via the subscription service. However, it feels like a shame, as the discounts earn don't appear to every get applied at check-out.
I am 80+ years old and it really is a shame to treat their weekly subscription customers this way.
Good food, but the service and recent changes have ruined the experience
I’ve been a customer of Everytable for about a year, and while the food and prices were good at first, the quality of the service has gone downhill recently.
I used to be able to pick up meals on Mondays that would last me through the week, sometimes even into the weekend. Now the meals often spoil before Friday, sometimes smelling like vinegar.
They’ve also made major operational changes that caused serious issues. Last week, instead of my usual Monday 8am pickup, my order was delivered by Uber to my billing address on Tuesday afternoon—missing two meals. Instead of contacting me, they just reimbursed me automatically for the 2 missing ones.
The new website (now through Shopify) has been a nightmare to use. It barely works on mobile, and even on a computer it’s confusing to manage subscriptions. The subscription menu link just leads to creating a new subscription, and you have to dig through your profile to find your existing ones. Even then, the system shows orders as “on the way” days after I’ve already picked them up. On top of that, using points for discounts has become unnecessarily complicated.
Customer service has been the most frustrating part. I contacted support multiple times about all these issues—individually and together—and haven’t heard back in almost a month.
To top it off, when I finally decided to cancel my subscription, they offered me 50% off my next two orders. I accepted, but then they charged me full price anyway.
Overall, the food itself is still decent, but with spoilage, constant delays, a broken website, and completely unresponsive support, I can’t recommend Everytable anymore.
FRAUDULENT PURCHASE
There is a fraudulent purchase in the amount of $94.07 on my debit account made on Aug 10 I did not make or authorize this transaction I have tried to resolve this issue by 3 emails a telephone call(lady was rude and hung up on me) and the amount has not been returned to my account in the original payment method . Gabriella was so amazing she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She talked to me about the meal plan subscription, she explained in detail how to sign up and the discounts you get when signing up for your first meal plan, she helped us pick out our food and heated them up served us and asked us how we enjoyed the sandwich! Which was amazing! She also did something i never thought would ever happen she paid it forward with our mea! Thank you gabby u have a life long customer!

If you care about your nutrition and care about the quality of the products you eat, you can find exactly that in this store. It was a nutritious and satisfying meal. I feel like I receive great customer service every time I come in for food.
The website is hard to understand
The website is hard to understand. I have been ordering some meals for my parents who are elderly. Initially it worked great, and I was ordering delivery twice a week so food would be fresh. However, the last two times, my order was somehow changed to be a pickup order. My parents can’t drive so that didn’t work. When I complained and asked for guidance about how to make sure meals would be delivered, I got no response only a form email saying they would cancel the two orders that were supposed to be picked up. In addition, they recently chaged to having doordash deliver and the driver asked for a tip when delivering. My parents are not prepared to deal with that. When I complained, Everytable said there is nothing they can do about that. Very disappointing. Priordeliveries came insulated and were dropped off without needing to tip. Now deliveries are not insulated and drivers ask for tips. It increases the cost of the service and makes itless convenient. Also customer service is very disappointing.

food tastes good but the amount is sodium is INSANE! Be careful !!! Is a very small portion of food with average 700-1000 sodium, even the salads. Plus it’s not organic! So the ingredients honestly are not healthy and good for you… they just prep it and make is taste good (which is amazing) for those who don’t care with eating clean and are just worried about being practical. I would love to be a regular client, I wouldn’t mind paying a little more for organic options! It’s an idea… also please, be mindful with the sodium! It’s my third day trying out everytable meals and I never felt this bloated in my life… my stomach is hard and uncomfortable with gassy feeling! woke up feeling a lot more swollen too.. So, yes it tastes great and it’s easy and cheap but overall if not healthy or good for you long term…

Vomiting and severe cramps from Culver City location.
Tofu Larb and Trap Kitchen Chicken Curry both made me sick within 6 hours of eating the meals. I started puking and getting severe cramps that lasted through the night both times.
Had to step away from clients at work to go vomit multiple times, which is unprofessional and disgusting.
I wanted to love Everytable and I'm actually pissed I can't eat it anymore but I get nauseous even thinking about it now.

Listen you’re salad meats and pastas where cold if I wanted something prepared like that id go to 7/11 portions where disappointing I can get a salad from El Pollo Loco double chicken with a toco bowl you need to step that variety of a sorted salad it was screamingly disappointing you should have pot heated on a special and add bigger portions
Weak variety and small portions
I used EveryTable a few times. I lost interest in ordering because the dishes didn't really change, the variety stayed the same. I disliked that pretty much each plate had "filler" in form of spinach on the bottom.
