Excellent professionals
I had a very positive experience with GNetwork. The engineers, Luis and Cesar, were both professional and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They handled a challenging situation in the building, including issues raised by a neighbour that required patience and flexibility. They managed the situation calmly and effectively, and still completed the fibre installation both in the building and in my flat without any issues. Overall, a very smooth and reassuring service.

Quick and smooth installation
I recently subscribed to G.Network and overall I’m very happy with the service. The installation appointment was scheduled a bit far ahead, but the actual installation experience was smooth and quick. Fabio and Andrew were great. There was a bit of a confusion at the start of what the service was to be installed but soon after was fully resolved and the guys installed the internet efficiently.

The appointment to instal a new router…
The appointment to instal a new router had been wrongly set up so as to run it from the basement of the adjoining house where a cable already existed. This was not practicable or permissible. Cesar, the engineer, nonetheless proceeded to run a whole new cable from the street and fit up a new wi-fi supply in quite short order though it was obviously problematic. He was thoughtful, polite, careful to explain fully what was within his knowledge and experience and not to stray beyond it. Terrific service from what has proved an excellent supplier (in the adjoining house!).
