Just had installed my G Network internet. One of their team came by, Andrew and Victor, and done a very nice job. Internet speed seems to be stable and very high exactly what I was looking for.

Technical support hangs up on you
Technical support hangs up repeatedly whilst you’re waiting in the cue. Then, when you call the purchase hotline, miraculously, they can be reached. But, it is “impossible” to be transferred to the technical support, or to cancel the subscription, that’s a “different hotline” that will not answer you call.
Rubbish customer service, don’t join G.Network.

Proper GNetwork setup
Fazle arrived on time and did a very tidy job repositioning our router and setting up the boosters in the best locations. Also made sure the tv's were all working and provided further trouble shooting tups. And got on well with the dog. Nice guy. Thank you.

I got completely ghosted by this company
I got completely ghosted by this company. We ordered fibre to be put into our apartment because it is the only provider available in our building. 3 weeks ongoing, I have been trying to contact them for an update, every time I call I get the same answer: "oh, the person dealing with your case is with another client now, she will call you back". Called many times to hear this and no one has ever called me back for 3 weeks! Total unprofessionalism. Avoid.
