Fazle was amazing in fixing my cable…

Fazle was amazing in fixing my cable eaten by a mouse. He explained me everything and he quickly identified the location of faulty cable and how to patch it up.
He worked hard and he was nice with me and my family all the time. He even explained things to my daughters.

Thank you technical and engineers

Thank, to John Goodwin from technical and fazle the engineer for being so helpful during this process. After my fibre optic cable was disturbed by an engineer installing nextdoor left me with no internet for 3 days but they, actually did what they could to help me, thank you John for being patient and helping late at night and for Fazle making it a priority the next day.

Fazle did a great job today at fixing…

Fazle did a great job today at fixing our WiFi! As frustrating as it was, he handled it very well and dealt with the cut cables that construction workers had done. He did this very quickly and was very polite. He also fixed the cabling into place to make it look better and avoid the cables from hanging without support. Thanks again Fazle!

Not as good so far…

Installation took longer than expected and required three separate appointments, which was frustrating. On the day of installation, the advertised speed of around 900 Mbps was only shown on the installer’s own device. On our own devices and speed-test websites, we were never able to see anything close to that.
Wi-Fi strength drops noticeably after just two walls (only one of them brick), which is disappointing for a small one-bedroom flat. I’m not convinced extenders should be necessary in a property of this size. We’ve also experienced devices randomly connecting and disconnecting from the network, which impacts day-to-day use.
Overall, the service hasn’t met expectations so far, especially given the installation delays and performance inconsistencies.

The advertised speeds are measured to the router via a wired connection, and performance on individual devices can vary depending on device capability, Wi-Fi conditions, and environment. That said, the Wi-Fi coverage and stability you have described are not what we would want for any customer, particularly in a one-bedroom flat.

Broadband resolution

When my broadband went down I called G-Network who answered the call immediately. A technician came same day to determine the problem. Over the next 2 days technicians worked hard to resolve the problem but couldn't. G-Network then sent senior technicians/management (Jason, Amir and Andrew) to see if they could resolve the issue and they did. I can say without hesitation that everyone I dealt with was professional, keen to help and a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommended.
