They have not amended the invoice following the failure to collect the tissue. I should have reminded them to reissue the invoice.

I have used Future Health for both of my children. They are the most trustworthy and reliable I could find. I strongly recommend everyone to do their research before and to chose wisely.

We have used this service twice. The second time we used it, last year, we were offered a discount because we were returning customers. The process of collection was very straightforward and efficiently organised. However, over the 4 years since we first used FHBB the customer service and telephone manner of their staff has declined. The administration side is unreliable - we had to chase them up to clarify and correct inaccuracies on previous invoices. That being said, I probably would’ve given the service 4 stars because, ultimately, the cord cell storage service has worked for us and at the end of the day, a few admin hiccups is not the end of the world. However, a year on, out of the blue we received an aggressive phone call From FHBB demanding that we make an immediate payment on the phone now. This came out of nowhere as our plan did not involve an annual fee. We did not receive any emails informing us of this nor any invoices. So, someone has seriously got it wrong in the office, but to call a customer up and be so rude without an explanation when questioned is beyond poor service. Hence, 1 star. This service is not cheap. You really need to work on your telephone manner and admin because I will not be recommending FHBB again in future.

The initial contact and follow up by the team was excellent. What let me down was at 9:15pm the night before my C-section, the phlebotomist called to say she could not make the appointment due to a leg injury and would have a back up. The back up then called and said she would 'try' and be on time as she was asked at the last moment to step in. This is not what I was expecting to hear !! The phlebotomist did make it on time..but I did not need the unnecessary stress and worry it caused on top of expecting my first child.

The pre service was fantastic, presence of the collector at the north was almost untouchable then very friendly and personable after and a successful collection. Recommend wholeheartedly!

The best investment I could choose for my little one!
