Withdrawal delays
I placed 2 wothdraw requestd on the 18th Feb $330 & $300. Afer waiting 3 days o contacted support to ask why the transaction had not been complete. I was advised the finance department had a backlog of pending withdrawals to complete, but be assured my withdrawal will be processed as soon as possibl and they thanked me for my patience. They cannot provide me with an expected date as to when the backlog will be completed either. Can I seek assistance from anyone for a speedy withdrawal ?

Bad support for lost jackpot bonus
Playing for 5 months. Have won two jackpot bonuses on Book of Goddess Mega Moolah and Mega Moolah since December 15, 2024. Server ingiocabile probabilità di vincita pari a 0 personale incompetente e tutti che ti aggirano, sono convinto che nemmeno loro sanno cosa fanno. È sempre un attendere non avendo mai una risposta concreta e facendo di noi giocatori uno scarica barile. In questo fine settimana oltre alla grossa cifra giocata e persa ovviamente ho riscontrato problemi di ogni genere. Fa quando ho raggiunto la categoria VIP massimale ho ricevuto scortesie inganni raggiri e " truffe" piattaforma da bannare.
