I ordered a “open box” condition toaster oven and was sent a heavily used toaster oven that was not even the same model as the one I ordered, just the correct box of the one I ordered. It looks like someone made a fraudulent return, placing their used toaster oven in this box and then that was sold to rebel, and subsequently sold to me. Customer service reached back out to me asking me to go through the return portal, so I have to take time out of my day repackaging, and finding a box for someone’s grease stained old appliance and walking it to the post office to return unhygienic junk to them.

I ordered a bunk bed for $900 and it’s been nearly 3 weeks and it hasn’t shipped. I have repeatedly contacted them for updates and received none. I asked to cancel the order and be refunded and was told this is not an option. Unacceptable. Do not order for them. I never will again

This is a simply horrible site to use. I currently have an order that was placed accidentally and it has not shipped so I simply tried to cancel. They do not have any humans to help in costumer service, it's just AI responses. The "cancel" and "modify" buttons on their site don't actually do anything because they will not allow you to do anything. It's very scam like. Do not try to save money by using this site.

Do not purchase items from rebel, support stores that have actual customer service. Rebel has unresponsive customer service. Item came missing a critical part and packaged poorly resulting in lots of scratches. There is no phone number to call. I reached out via email and it's been 6 days and still no response. I tried talking via chat, did not have the time to wait around for response that wasn't coming. You can submit refunds online but it is unclear if I will be charged to ship the item back which would cost $23+ dollars and the item it self was $62 and cost me ~$10 to ship to me.

Ai generated emails. When you email them 1 minute after about a mistake with shipping and needing to change something they won’t change it or cancel it. I explained to them I won’t be at that address after a certain time frame and would be more than happen to cancel and reorder or to pay for expedited shipping. They said they can’t do that but told me I can order another car seat (spend hundreds of dollars more). Because of their poor cancellation policies alone I would avoid this company, I didn’t realize they don’t allow you to cancel for any reason.

I wanted to like Rebel, but I couldnt recommend it at all.
I ordered twice from them.
First was food storage container from Caraway which was great.
Second was an "imperfect" Dishrack.
"Imperfect - Simply opened, never used, but may have some minor scuffs or dents. Small imperfections, like light scratches or marks, might be present."
"warehouse-tested and verified to be fully functional."

The dishrack came in heavily used, dirty and I took a lot of time to clean it. when I asked for customer support, they just had AI agent talked to me for so long, making the whole process super frustrating.
At the end they asked for how much refund would I want, they didnt send me the amount I asked for and kept ignoring my email after refunding partially.
with a terrible experience like this and sending dirty and used item as "imperfect". I would never use Rebel again.

I like what Rebel is about. Recently ordered an open box Mamaroo for half the price of other retailers. It’s worked great, it came in the box. It’s worked great this far. When you know you need a trusted brand but not wanting to pay exorbitant amounts to get it, try Rebel! They seem to have it together and the messaging on tracking info is on point! 5 stars any day of the week team - well done!

It’s been a great experience, spending lots of quality time playing with my Grandson. He just loves it!!

Absolutely awful experience.

It’s now been 10 days since I placed my order—well beyond the company’s advertised shipping timeframe—and my order still hasn’t shipped.

I’ve emailed customer service multiple times, and the only responses I’ve received have been what appear to be generic AI-generated emails that don’t actually answer my questions. I’ve never been able to communicate with a real person. No meaningful updates. No explanation. No resolution.

To make matters worse, there isn’t even a customer service phone number to call. If they stop responding to emails, you’re left with no way to contact an actual human being. For a company that’s happy to take your money immediately, that’s completely unacceptable.

At this point, I have no confidence that this company values its customers after they’ve made a purchase. Waiting 10 days with no shipment, no communication from a real person, and no way to speak to anyone is inexcusable.

I strongly recommend reading recent reviews before ordering from REBEL. My experience has been nothing but frustrating, and I regret giving this company my business. If I don’t receive a response and either a shipping confirmation or a refund immediately, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Item arrived as described in excellent condition. All pieces accounted for. My grandson loves this!

I ordered a car seat. It arrived in 2 days. It was in perfect condition at a good price.

Satisfied with my purchases. Delivery was great and I got it within a week.

Misssing, broken parts- not able to use. Blatantly broken! How they even got to me I have no idea. Super frustrating! Where is the quality control?

So far I’ve ordered a car seat/stroller and baby swing and all have been good n perfect condition and arrived when expected to! Very happy with my purchases and will buy from this site again!
