Great Customer Service

I was very impressed with Pink's assistance today. She was very pleasant and polite. She changed my meals that I forgot to switch for the next delivery, and she gave me an unsolicited credit when I mentioned that I had two meals with burnt broccoli, which were definitely an anomaly. Thanks to Pink, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Denise handled a first-box oops with grace!

Received my first box and, unfortunately, most of the meals were incorrect. Denise was an absolute gem helping me out! She confirmed the customization deadline for me, assured I didn't miss it, and owned up to a fulfillment swapping mistake. Denise was kind, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with. As a grad student working full-time, I'm super excited to try a quick and healthy option that will take some weight off of my shoulders, and Denise has guaranteed a returning customer.

Customer doesn’t matter

Order day set for mondays. Don’t get door until tuesdays. Have to pick next meals by Wednesday BEFORE I HAVE EATEN THE ONES I JSUT GOT. Contact support; “nothing they can do. Sorry.” How is this a helpful meal service? I will not recommend since they apparently don’t care about their customers.

Got my issue handled promptly which is why Im giving 4 stars. Once they figure out how to alert you when meals are out and let you switch rather than sending what they want. I’ll give 5 stars for sure.

Great Customer Service - Jassy

Jassy was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in cancelling my order and issuing a refund! I made the request within 48 hours of when the order was scheduled to be delivered, and she was understanding and able to help, regardless. Great customer service experience, overall!

PJ was very helpful I got disconnected from my previous customer service rep after sending him an email picture and PJ was very helpful and letting me know that the claim has been started for my complaint and that the other questions I asked him were answered very detailed PJ was very good in helping me today

I didn't skip my order in time, but they helped me anyway!

I didn't skip my order in time, so I went through the automated/chat process. They automated system let me know it was too late since I had already been charged. I requested a customer support agent, and Stacy B corrected the problem right away and gave me a credit for the full amount of my order. I was really grateful. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you!
