JUST THREE WEEKS IN AND ALREADY ADDICTED!!
This is only my third week for a delivery, and I can honestly say I am thrilled with the deliciousness of the meals I have chosen so far. I find the chicken meals with sides are a standout. I seem to be leaning toward them and ordering multiples each of the succeeding weeks. You take a chance on new entrees, but may have already placed one of them on your order for the upcoming week without having chosen to eat it that week. If you don't love it, just don't order the next time. I freeze all 8 to 10 ea week and away I go. I don't think I can bring myself to skip a week at all unless I will be away from home. And havent' ordered fewer than 8 for my weeks so far. That's how much I love them! Give my thanks to your talented chefs!!! Thot I would favor the bowl entrees but recommend the meals with main and sides even more! I so look forward to my Tuesday deliveries. Freshly is the bomb!!! Cecilia

Honestly, expectations for customer support for a convenient service is usually very slim; however, the support chat feature in app just elevates the quality of service for Freshly. All the reps I've contacted in the past for issues with orders have all been very friendly and accommodating. Recently, PJ was able to help me change my delivery address after I was charged and the order was getting ready to ship. Thanks much for your help!
