I am truly thankful for the team helping me out with getting my IVA acceptance. They handled everything so professionally and the patience they showed me with my hearing difficulties also allowing a family member to be involved with decision making discussions over the phone on my behalf. All the team I spoke to were kind, friendly and understanding and they listened to my recent problems I had wwith my debt with empathy. They did not judge me.
