Rebecca Hayes has been amazing. I can't believe how quickly the ball is rolling after filling out a quick form online to speaking to Rebecca and putting a plan in place for getting my debts under control. She was super helpful, explained everything so I knew all of my options and talked me through the process. I ignored the initial calls after submitting the first form online as I was embarrassed and defaulting to burying my head in the sand, but after answering the phone eventually I realized I had no need to worry - I felt no judgement at all, I felt free to be open about my situation and what has been eating away at me for years feels like it is finally something I am going to get on top of. Its hard to talk about money worries especially when you feel ashamed and embarrassed, and people like Rebecca are so important in helping people to overcoming it - the first step is to talk about it and i certainly felt able to do that in an impartial and non-judgemental setting!

Also shout out to Jack who gave me a call while Rebecca was dealing with another customer to give me a brief rundown before my call with the IVA company - very friendly and informative and I really appreciated it.

I already feel much more optimistic about being debt free very soon. Thanks so much ❤️
