I honestly cannot thank Ian Cowan at Phoenix Insolvency enough for the support and guidance he has given me.

I was feeling completely overwhelmed and anxious about my financial situation, but Ian was incredibly understanding, non-judgemental and reassuring from the very beginning. He explained my options clearly and, importantly, never made me feel pressured or judged.

I have asked him so many questions along the way, and he has always been patient and on hand to answer them and put my mind at ease. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I can actually breathe again and see a way forward.

So I had some debts and was trying to manage them myself but I couldn’t so I contacted Phoenix insolvency and the lovely Harrison helped me and my partner so much and got us in contact with the IVA people and also danni helped aswell.
