I was put in touch with a gentleman called Ian Cowan. He genuinely cared about the situation that I had found myself in. Ive suffered a very traumatic incident and two very painful bereavements in the space of two years, and found myself unable to cope with my debts.

Robert is an absolute diamond even with that thick scottish accent 🤣 helped me through everything and got rid of all the fears i had and made the whole process very simple without being overbearing, he even related to some of the issues and problems i had which made dealing with him so much easier, might even take him for a pint or 2 if im ever up that way
