A great experience. Bev in the office was great at taking my numerous anxious phone calls! Karl, Cameron and Paddy were fantastic helping us with my mum’s downsize. They arrived on time and worked solidly and cheerfully until we were settled. Listened carefully to where everything was needed and were really helpful and sensitive to needs.

Kieran, Aidan and Lewis (plus Bev behind the scenes) made moving house so much easier. On time, relaxed, professional, polite, thank you for making a stressful transition so much smoother.

Paul and Isaac found our remote island home with zero drama, navigated a gravel track and hairpin bend with complete ease and couldn't have been more helpful.

After quotes from big faceless companies to Facebook man-and-van solutions it was such a relief to find Franklins, totally professional and reliable with old fashioned personal customer service with real humans, fairly priced and totally worth it.

Franklins carried out the removal of our furniture from France to the UK. Although Bev in the office was always decent to deal with, our experience as a whole was appalling. The removals team at the UK end were mostly surly and rude. The standard of service delivery was awful and numerous items were smashed, scratched and damaged. I do not believe that any care was taken and the loading had obviously been conducted without any thought, heavy chair placed on top of an antique table etc. After discovering all of the broken items we contacted Franklins and were directed to their insurance agent who said that as we had not taken out the enhanced cover the amount claimable was minimal. So despite the damage being entirely Franklins fault no responcibility will be taken by them. There are a number of companies in this field, I would avoid this one.

Super experience, very efficient yet careful collection and delivery drivers. The office team were also great, though the timeline with confirming a collection date and getting responses from HMRC was quite stressful. Overall though the team were super helpful, friendly and good at what they do. Would move with them internationally again! The guys that collected in Germany were Daz and Paul T, and the guys that delivered in the UK were Zak and Kerion, all of them were fantastic, friendly, super helpful and understanding. Top work all!
