We chose GBLiners to carry out our recent move based on the reviews that we read. We have not been disappointed. From the first visit to discuss our needs and plan the move everything was carried out with excellent service and professionalism. The crew (5 of them) who came to pack up all our possessions were spot on and had completed the packaging and part loading speedily, carefully and efficiently as did Steve and James who competed the packing and delivery to our new address. All were courteous and ensured that everything was labelled so that we knew what was in each box. We were in regular contact with our coordinator, Sophie, who also provided excellent service. GB Liners fully merit 5 stars for their excellent service. Highly recommended.

We booked with the Hereford branch and all communication up to and during the move was brilliant. Simple to give us a quote and when we shared a lower quote they beat it. Packaging materials were delivered when requested and were great quality for the move. On the day of the move, the team were great, helpful and polite. Even with a long wait after all our items were loaded up for our home move, the team were in great spirits when moving all of our items and boxes into our new property! Thank you!!

The whole service was professional, friendly and efficient.From our first contact with Jonathan the surveyor, to Mandy in the Ciren office and the 2 teams who moved us into storage and then out again we have been extremely impressed.
Moving is stressful and the GB Liners team went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful.
We're now fully unpacked and no damage has been incurred to either our furniture or the houses we moved out of and into.
We got 3 quotes for our move, the prices were similar (inc one company who promoted themselves as low cost/no frills) but the follow up conversation with GB LIners helped us decide to book them and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had planned a move from Wales to Brighton with a local removals company and it had been agreed that my belongings could be stored at the new house. However as we had not completed on the house this was not possible. At the last minute GB Liners were able to help out with 4 days of storage and then moving my belongings to the new house on the day of completion. They were very helpful, reasonably priced and efficient during the the entire process.

Efficient and friendly from the initial visit to give us a quote to the final delivery of boxes etc to the new address. Admin and the warehouse couldn’t have been more helpful with supplying boxes for packing, and nothing was too much trouble for the team of packers that moved us.

GB Liners Hereford Branch were faultless in completing our move. From the initial quote, follow up and then fitting us in at short notice after several delays, the move went very smoothly. Special mention must go to the four guys who did the heavy lifting moving us out and in over three days in March ‘26. At all times they were punctual, polite and professional - and there was a lot of packing for them to do and more than the average number of floors to remove everything to!

The team of removers were excellent friendly and efficient with everything well packed.
Unfortunately there had been a mix up with dates with the surveyor which led to a stressful couple of hours. But the Operations team fixed the problem,very grateful to them .

Everything went as planned - almost to the minute! The Cheltenham branch of GB Liners planned and handled this somewhat complicated move to perfection. The crews on the vans gave a very professional touch to all aspects of the removal - sensitive to our needs and well experienced in how items should be handled. We believe we could have saved money by shopping around, but we knew GB Liners had the experience and resources, so we had no concerns.
