Lee and Paul did a fantastic job - really friendly and helpful, and really quick too! Highly recommended.

Transported some high value items from Germany to the UK, and Franklins did a very high quality job. Bev was incredibly responsive and up front about pricing and potential complications. When I added more to the transport last minute, it was very uncomplicated.

At both ends of the transport, Zak, Jamie and Paul T were courteous and professional. Would Book Franklins again without hesitation

We had our storage items collected by Zac, Jamie and Paul T. They were very thorough, efficient and lovely guys. All our stuff looked like it was well packed in the van.

The crew was very professional communicative. They did an excellent job at packing and unloading and were flexible when we encountered any logistical issues. Very well priced and and overall happy with the service

Paul and Lee unloaded our house in Dresden. They were most professional, careful and patient. All of our items were perfectly intact. Highly recommend Franklin's.

After receiving a few quotes from a few removal companies we decided to opt with Franklins. We were not disappointed. This was due to the attitude and work rate of Kieran and Michael. They arrived at 7.45 am and worked solidly until gone 9pm. Excellent!!!

We had a visit to review the work for a quote. I felt confident immediately with the professional approach. I was sent information on Franklin's insurance, accreditation and quote. Our move date changed and initially Franklin's couldn't accommodate our new date. We were not impressed with other companies and went back to Franklin's who said they would help. We were so relieved. On the day Kieran and Michael were brilliant. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would 100% recommend Franklin's and Michael and Kieran. The office team were equally friendly, helpful and efficient.

Franklin's Removals are a very experienced company, Lewis&Zac helped us pack up everything in a very professional&friendly manner,nothing was to much trouble,they did all the heavy lifting,dismantled&rebuilt beds at our new property,exceptional customer service throughout the day,9hrs of lifting packing then unloading&upacking, they placed everything in correct order,I would recommend Franklin's Removals to anyone,value for money&Lewis&Zac fantastic hard working lads,we very much appreciated there help,Gina&Barry Carter.

From start to finish this company were excellent. Bev in the office was friendly and efficient and the guys that collected our belongings in France were wonderful. Mike, Kieran, Paddy & Zak delivered it to us in England and worked hard to squeeze it all into our new home.

How Disappointing
Too many things went missing during this move.
And for all those potential customers, please note NOTHING you move is insured unless you have a receipt for it. Who keeps receipts for all their household possessions?
After posting this message on Franklin's website, I followed the instructions sent by the company to support an insurance claim by the company they recommended, including photographs, about the items damaged by their team on the move from Wales to France. None of the missing items have been recovered. Now both Franklins and the insurance company are ghosting me.
I would never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else.
