Pick up from North Germany to Lancashire England. Big thanks to the guys that picked up - Mike & Lee and the guys that dropped off - Issac & Aiden. Super helpful and professional couldn't do enough. Great service would highly recommend!

We used Franklins Removals Ltd to move our furniture from UK to France. The staff are excellent, the administration support excellent and helped us every step of the way. The team who collected our furniture in the UK we excellent, helpful and made the experience very good.

Our only problem was on the delivery end as our furniture was delivered between 10 - 11.30 pm. This was far from ideal. We do not find a delivery after 8pm to be very acceptable. We recommend to Franklins that deliveries are done within normal working hours. The result of this late delivery is that there was limited lighting to guide the transfer of goods into our home in France and so things were not set out in a particularly ordered way.

This is a very good international delivery firm and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. But our advice from our experiences is to make sure you agree a suitable delivery time when exporting furniture overseas. Something to be aware of when moving furniture to mainland Europe is that transit through borders can lead to delays and be disruptive to timings and schedules. So plan ahead as far as you can.

Having already reviewed the collection team, I am equally impressed with the delivery team. Paul and Dad arrived after a long journey, smiling and full of humour. Not the easiest access, but as I was about to walk to the end of the road to guide them in, they appeared. Bang on the time that they had advised 5 hours earlier. Backed to the gate and had our furniture quickly unloaded. Once again, could not fault a thing.

I used Franklins 2 years ago when moving to Germany and it was a no brainer to use them again when moving back to the UK. Bev is super nice and helpful with all the admin and stuff, and very understanding when running into problems and delays. Zak and Karl were sound, super efficient and dead friendly, was great to have them here in to pick up everything it really gives you peace of mind having a team like them doing the move for you

Zak and Karl were fantastic, had the apartment cleared at rapid pace and were very flexible with the disassembly of some of the trickier pieces of furniture to move. I’d 100% go with Franklin’s again in future.

From the first enquiry to the end of the move, I couldn’t rate Franklin’s Removals any higher! They were amazing! I mainly communicated with the company through numerous emails to Bev, these were responded to very quickly and professionally. On the move day, Jamie F and Isaac worked their socks off! They worked very well as a team, worked efficiently and with care to load then unload 2 vans of furniture and belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the moment I made contact with them they were incredibly helpful, diligent and professional.

I don't live in the UK anymore, but needed my things transported to Europe. Their entire service was exemplary. I include in that the delivery service they helped bring all the furniture inside with a smile and good old charm.

I will be using them again in the future and would urge others to do the same!

Excelent office (Bev) and collection (Lee and Zake) crews, great organisation and very smooth collection, storage and delivery process. Franklins's team is always very nice and helpful.
I used the service in 2024 (UK -> Germany, with storage) and now again (2026 - Germany -> UK, with storage) and so far could not be happier. I trust that the storage and subsequent delivery this second time will also be smooth, as before.
