Fantastic company

Fantastic company. When servers have issues the staff will continue to work with you till their fixed, and thats IF a server even has a issue, I been working with Fragnet for many many years. Very friendly, very professional.

Finally improved protection in Singapore...

Currently host a RUST server with Fragnet in Singapore and Frankfurt.. We used to have a ton of attacks in 2018 on our Singaporean server however after last month they have fixed it and have proper DDoS protection!

Overall experience with support has been okay (Thanks Chris and Casey for your help) however I felt bad that they didn't consider fixing the protection in Singapore until last month..

Customer service is horrid

Customer service is horrid. Upwards of a day to even update status when they screw their control panel up, all the whole our community is falling apart. Don't use this company. They are recently bought out by another corporation and no longer give a damn about their customers, take forever to address tickets, etc. Absolute waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

I'm happy we paid via PayPal. They will get our money back.

Decent

Ive been with Fragnet since about 4 months, Never had a big issue, However this week my rust server has been down for like ~12 hours, Day later the webpanel was down, And then you get the ''We added a free 3 days to compensate you'' While causing problems for my server that will grow in a month radius, My server isnt just a gameserver, Its a business.
I have to compensate my VIP users etc for everydown time etc.

But yeah good host 4 Months no problems just last 2 days were messy.

They're not professional, definitely find someone else.

Their website sucks. You have multiple log ins and the "remember me" button never works on either of them. Any sort of navigating their website means you've likely entered in your two logins multiple times.
I had one of their website links take me to a login that they no longer supported for my game panel... when I couldn't login even after resetting my password I finally saw the small print "click here to go to the working login page".

Their customer support is awful. Once their website has successfully fooled you into thinking you're logged in and you submit a support ticket, they'll send you an email that says,

"You are currently logged in as a guest where we are unable to locate your services or verify your identity for security purposes. In order for us to proceed further, you will need to log into your billing account with us. Not only does logging into your billing account provide us with this information, it will also allow you to keep a ticket history where both parties can refer back to as needed. Please log into your billing account and get back to us so we can proceed further."

Why can you even submit a support ticket without being logged in? It's a mess. Also, they aren't particularly responsive. You may get a response that day, you may not.

The actual servers are pretty expensive for what they're offering. I've had servers go down as well and they never compensated me for the down time.

They do subscriptions with paypal, but if you cancel your services you have to then cancel your paypal subscription or it will keep paying them for their non-existent service. Which was fine maybe 10 years ago when servers were rare to find, but now it seems down right shady and negligent.

Support needs improvement

I have used Fragnet for more than six months now, so I feel like I can give a honest, educated review on this service. I rent a rust server through fragnet, and went through the expected growing pains of a modded server. The support is great! However, that is when they get to it. It often takes them hours to reply to a ticket. I understand that Fragnet is based in Europe, but they promise 24/7 service, but that proves false when I seem to need a quick reply the most. While I am forced to wait, my server is hemorrhaging players and all I can tell the loyal ones is that I am waiting for a fix.

tl;dr - Great support...when they eventually get to it. Takes hours for a response in some cases.

Outstanding Customer Service

Fragnet has to be one of the best (if not the best) hosting companies I have used. I decided to run my own Rust server mainly because I was so fed up of other servers just folding. I have absolutely no experience in running a server and thought "Surely it can't be that hard". Well truth be told, if it wasn't for the excellent help I got from the Fragnet Support Team, I would still be trying to configure my Command Line let alone a Server.

The Staff went above and beyond their duty to help me. My Support Tickets, numerous I might add, were always answered within minutes. Another member of the Staff Team took the time to go on to my server and correct a few files that I had wrongly placed.

If your looking for a good gaming host I would recommend Fragnet.

Very Unreliable!!!

I bought a server and after 1 week the performance of the server was the worst I'd ever experienced. The only upside to their service is they switched from UK to Netherlands for me, but their servers are really bad, would suggest you go to a different provide for a few £ more you can get a much better server!

Schlechte Performance und Support Zeiten

Ich hatte bei Fragnet 4x DayZ Server (2x 50 2x 30 Slots), Rabatte gut und Schön von Fragnet, Irgendwo ist da ja ein Harken.
Dieser ist bei Der Performance der Server, einen wird gesagt dass nur 2-3 GameServer auf einen Root kommen, wie es aber wirklich ist: 4x DayZ Server + Websites von Kunden & TeamSpeak Host Systeme.

Die Support Zeiten? Kann man mit - Sternen hier Bewerten?

Beispiel 1: 21.6 ( 13:12 ) Ticket geöffnet, mit der Bitte unseren Server Frei zu Schalten ( Was ja AUTOMATISCH gehen sollte!!!) Wir bekamen am 22.6 um 12:20 Uhr die Antwort dass er sich in der Installation Befindet (!!!), Um 16:30 Uhr bekam ich die E-Mail mit den Zugangsdaten, ich konnte nicht Joinen also musste ich den Wieder Neuinstallieren also musste ich wieder 1 1/2 Stunden warten bis der Server sich Neuinstalliert hat.

Ich könnte hier viele Solcher Beispiele auflisten :)I

Solltet ihr euch also einen DayZ Server holen geht zu GameServers.com, GamingDeluxe oder mpgs.co!

Outstanding service

2 months ago I joined Fragnet to host a RUST server.
My previous provider deleted my server because I didn't pay for it within 1 day, and their customer service wasn't that bright either.

After getting my server with Fragnet, I got an email with the login information within 20 minutes, however their panel was not that good looking/ no features at all, but I did stay because of the performance.

I submitted a ticket for the panel looks etc, and they said they are working on it. A week ago, they introduced a new panel for rust, with all the features I asked for.. At this point I feel like the happiest client ever :) Thanks Frag!

AMAZING customer service!

Just had an issue with not being able to connect to my server (alpha game glitch totally not fragnets fault) Not only did they walk me through how to connect by ip, but they joined me in teamspeak and walked me through the process step by step with screen shots. I had ALMOST gone with another server host that pops up as the default when clicking the "host server" button on the game. However, due to my past dealings with fragnet I decided to hop on and see if they hosted this game. Indeed they did, and I'm very glad I checked before just taking the first company offered. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. And most importantly... they use imgur to send the screen shots, I mean come on. How could you not use them? -XDC Dragonreborn

So far Great Support

I rented a project zomboid server on fragnet a week ago. Had Problems with billing - contacted support, in minutes the support contacted me and solved the issue. A couple of days later again had trouble this time with the server itself- contacted support via ticket system -- in minutes they contacted me back and helped after a couple of mails the problem was solved very quick.. so far great service!

Worst provider ive ever delt with. Probably the worst you'll find

So first of all, the service i bought was a teamspeak server, and at least once a day it would be down for lik 5 mins to hours. Sometime it was very brief, others it was multiple hours down time. Going to their control panel a bar was shown with the text "Cannot connect to the Server" or something like that.

Having had issues with them before with lag, i had some old responses from them, where they assured me it was on my end, so i had to send them a traceroute. This time, since their site tells me even they have no connection to the server, i was sure the problem was on their end. I contacted them saying it was unacceptable that for the last 1-2 months i have had a whole lot of downtime, and i would like to get some info about this, and some kind of compensation, or assurance that it would be fixed, as i didnt want a provider with a lot of downtime. I also specifically said, that i could assure them the problem was on their end, so they should not tell me to send them any information (in form of a traceroute)

The response i got was THE EXACT SAME as i had gotten when i had lag issues. "We assure you, there are no problems with our servers" and then they go on about how they checked the logs, and that i should get everyone on the server to send a traceroute to them.

Hands down worst support i have ever gotten, and i dont believe theres any other websites out there providing more downtime than i have gotten. It might be a special case (as not many have this, yet i have a friend with the same issue) but i can assure you, its not worth the risk of having THIS much downtime on a voice service.

After all this they finally gave some decent support and gave us a new server. Come to realise this new server was down within a couple of days and had quite a long downtime. Seeing it as my last trust in them i ask for a server in another location. Everything seems fine for a couple of days, and suddently the exact same issues appear. Not only does the support seem to find it normal with the respond:

"We are currently experiencing issues with the machine where your server is hosted. We are actively looking into it, please stand by.

Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us!"

they come to tell me the following:

"We are well aware of your other issues as well, however this is completely unrelated and the whole machine is having issue, not you or your single server. We are doing our very best to have this resolved as soon as possible, we are doing everything to the best of our power. We will get back to you as soon as the machine is back up and running."

essentially saying that they looked at my other tickets and this issue is different as it is the whole machine that has problems. My old tickets tell me that the machine is not working properly etc. So they pretend to have looked into what i asked them to (I said i really wasnt in the mood to write another roman of a ticket, so they should check my old tickets). At this point i was too mad to continue with the support. I will let the time i have run out, and find a new provider. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone with a wish of having a stable server.

Reasonable CEO

Complaint to PurePings (Fragnets) about issues faced in Server. Issue escallated directly to CEO. CEO explained issue and provided relevant and necessary information. Resolution has thus been achieved. Commendable Technical Team. Thanks for going the extra mile.
