I have used Fragnet as a server for Rust. I must say that I have always received 100% help with my questions. The support has always been helpful and friendly. Since they made an update on their ftp server, everything has become even better and faster when transferring files. I'm super happy with them.

Great support, cheap servers compared to other hosts. Servers are running great after some contact with the support team :-)

Purchased a server and wasn't able to find it. Within 40 minutes of submitting a ticket, the issue was resolved and I was given a free day of hosting and an additional application free of cost. Excellent customer service.

I have had Minecraft servers hosted by Fragnet on their hardware in California and the Netherlands (for the Dutch end of my players) for several years. The reliability of the hosting is EXCELLENT.

I want to emphasize the support offered. They are prompt, answer even dumb questions, and keep things running flawlessly. Support is often the weak point with game server hosts, but these people could not be better!!

Have a Rust server with Fragnet for about 2 months now in their Stockholm location. Performance is smooth (according to players and fps of the server) and when I had issues with configurating automated wipe of the server as well as updating oxide, the support was always super helpful! +1 from me.

Some suggestions:
- Time for a website renew? It's quite old guys ;)
- Please give some love to the knowledgebase.

Seit der Alpha spiele ich Dayz SA.
Auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Hoster blieb ich nach 5 Versuchen und nun mittlerweile seit 8 Jahren Kunde bei Fragnet.
Meistens ist der Support sehr schnell schon nach wenigen Minuten für Dich aktiv. Selten dauert es aber auch mal einen Tag. Das ist aber zu verzeihen.

Für DayZ gibt es für unsere Community und unsere Server keinen anderen Hoster mehr als Fragnet. Intuitives Webinterface mit FTP, automatischer Installation von Mods, Whitelist, Unterstützung von Serverseitigen Mods wie "Missions". Da haben bei uns bislang andere Hoster wie Nitrado etc. nicht punkten können. Gerne könnt Ihr uns auf unserem TS3 fragen und diesen Beitrag verifizieren. Unsere TS 3 Adresse ist 98.ts-rent.de.
Wir wünschen uns von dem Team von Fragnet, dass sie uns möglichst viele weiter Jahre erhalten bleiben.

Euer Fluse vom Server PvE Neuland

Lease a rust server for a month in the brazil location .. the server was lagged most of the days and during the wipe days (Thursday) the lag became unplayable .. to lighten the load I stopped the npc mobility but still the lag it was persistent .. contact was made repeatedly with customer service but the answers were the next day when the problem was no longer present .. my server had 7 plugins and a small map of 3300k ..
I did not manage to complete the month since the service is horrible

Really good service. You will get an answer or help almost immediately. I can warmly recommend.

I have never rented a server before and I had many growing pains. but the support team over at Fragnet have done a AMAZING job guiding me through this. nothing but helpful, fast and clear responses and the prices are great. I haven't had any server connection issues.

I used FragNet to set up a modded terraria server and I couldn’t be happier with it. I was having issues setting it up myself and contacted them for help, they responded quickly and set everything up for me and I was on the server in no time.

Had BF4 servers running in the past with other provider but must say that Fragnet has to be the best out of the lot and will do what they can to help with install of plugins also gave me free procon to run the server.
I'm happy with the service.

As a beginner to running my own DayZ server the customer service folks have been fantastic and all of them deserve a raise for their patience and willingness to help someone learn how everything works.
I've submitted many tickets and each of them have been answered as quickly as they can and have either pointed me in the correct direction or did the work for me as and described my mistake since I got frustrated a couple times with mods not working properly.
If I could buy them all dinner I would, if you're a beginner like I am this is a great place to start!

Had a few issues with Rust but the staff came through and handled everything with ease. Would recommend. 10/10

Guys first of all I would give to 'Fragnet' 10 stars because they are precise with costumers to resolve problems and they give really good advice for future problems what we can expect. Soo there was one problem with 'Terraria' and one of the stuff supporters I think his name was Edin.S helped me with my problems, he was so fast like it was peace of cake for Edin.S, he gave me bonus advice like he was so dedicated, guys I highly recommend 'Fragnet' and this stuff supporter for every problem you have, you can easily search for help or any advice you need about tech, servers, mods etc.
