As an Australian/NewZealand Gaming community, who has been renting servers for well over a decade now, we have used all the providers on the market. Hands down Fragnet is the BEST, it is absolutely worth all 5 stars. 1/ Servers work from day 1 exactly as advertised, never any issues at all when other providers in the region are laggy and problematic. 2/ The UI is the best I have seen from any of the providers, very clean, easy to use. You can see they have spent real money putting together a very intuitive professional UI. Look at Gameservers.com for example, trash, clearly hasn't been updated since 1998. (NEVER go with gameservers.com btw, ever.) 3/ Their CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE BEST YOU WILL FIND. I mean it, if you have a problem, the techs are quick to respond, friendly, and professional. I wont go into full details of everything they have done for us, but I will say that they have gone over and beyond what they reasonably have to, what any other provider would, to keep the customer happy. You get the sense that customer satisfaction GENUINELY matters to Fragnet. - I can not recommend these guys enough. I would not put our communities name to ANY other server provider than Fragnet. Literally the only constructive feedback I have, is it would be nice if there was the ability to show AUD, instead of Euro or USD when paying invoices, its really not that big of a deal, its just a trip to google sometimes to work out the conversion, but the rates are still competitive given the quality of the service. That is literally the only thing I can be critical of. Its a minor minor issue. Other than that, A1, top tier, first rate provider who deserves peoples business. Keep up the great work.

Once you go fragnet, you never go back. +5 years and counting! 10/10 best support you can get! Fast response, fast solid solutions when your server is in trouble. Problems with a plugin? they got your back.

I had fallen behind and forgot to cancel my services and instead of making me pay for a service that was not in use they worked with me to be able to start gaming again once I got back ahead.

I'll be using Fragnet for all my servers now!

Thanks to your good support and skilled and knowledgeable staff, even people like me who are not so experienced in server operation can have the chance to run a successful server.

I was new to operating a BF4 server. I usually ryn FiveM GTA V servers. Any and all Tickets I opened were answered promptly and all issues resolved very fast. When I was having problems installing a few Plugins... they actually installed them for me. That is customer service above and beyond in my eyes.

If you are considering Fragnet for any type server... just stop worrying and DO IT!!! As a picky consumer, I can put your worries at ease - fantastic Company!!!

I have rented many servers with fragnet. I am happy every time I do. Instant set up and easy configurable setting. Especially if you want to mod a server.
When Ive had a problem, of my own making’ they do respond pretty quick and get you back up an running in no time.
They are helpful and kind.

WARNING!!! I warn everyone applying with this company that wait times are longer then advertised (15min) pfff.(Not the case). Ignorant staff with very little care for long time customers. I have been with them 2 years and I always had DayZ servers I then switched to Arma 3 and my view on this company went right out the window with the switch. They cannot be bothered to answer with more then 8 word 1 sentence after waiting hours most days for replies to only get a reply that has no useful information and right back at square 1. And guys this is a 2 year customer with them so be warned. Oh and if you need help just google your question as that's all they do....They could not even give me proper information on map changing with answers so frustrating I do not wish to repeat them. anyways use at own risk.

For about 12 months now i have rented servers and have always had good and quick help when i ran in to problems. Even my latest request to shutdown 1 server and merge the remaining time to an other server was taken care of in a short time without any problems.
That support with a very easy to use game panel is something i cannot get everywhere so yer it gets my thumbs up as a very good game server provider.

I recently rented the server, they gave me all the support and help I need, I am 100% satisfied, thank you all.

I host a Minecraft server via fragnet and I contact them when I have a problem and it will be resolved, very quick responds times and I never have to wait!

First of all, great support. I had several problems to solve (small problems), and they were fixed quickly. Service with very friendly workers and with quick response. Regarding the servers, of good quality and very cheap, I recommend it !!!

I have used many other providers including the well know PingPerfect and GTX Gaming.

Fragnet, however, has been the best yet! Any time I have an issue, it is resolved almost instantly (or close to it). "Casey S" has been one of the few team members that I have had the courtesy of dealing with and they have been an absolute BOSS since.

When I have had problems setting up my RUST server, I was able to ask for help, and actually GET the help without the normal response that you would get from PingPerfect or GTXGaming, which is "it is your mods. There has to be an issue with your mods. we cant fix that"...

Not with Fragnet. I have a problem, ask about it, and BOOM! solved!

Excellent service, customer service, and speedy replies in regards to tickets. Will be using them again in the future for sure.

One of the best support ever, Never took more then 1hr to get an answer on my problems, and they will always take the time to answer my problem.

I have had multiple other hosting companies and none compare to them. I have had outstanding customer service with everything ive needed. They are fast to respond and help. The servers also run so smooth and i have yet to have a problem that was not an easy fix i could do myself or they have fixed for me. They are the only hosting company i will use from now on and i recommend everyone uses them!

After having problems with multiple other hosters due to bad server stability and support, we changed to Fragnet.
The server stability is great and also the support has a very quick response time and tries it's best at every time.
