Quick, patient, and respectful costumer support, easy to access and use for the control panel for the dedicated servers(FS22), cheap considering what you get in return, love it, i was gonna pay double for the same services in other websites.

Support have reached out to me after the poor service given, with the intention to correct their mistake, this is good but alas not enough to return me as a customer.

For that I will rate them one more star.

I will make this short.

No access to the client area, cannot start a dialogue with support.

Any claims for their servers to be anywhere besides america is completely false.

I’m going to be real. 24/7 Support is not true. I’ve been unable to access the client area after paying for the service so I can’t even access support. Sent messages on twitter and Facebook to try get answers and I’m getting nowhere. I will be cancelling as soon as I can and taking my business elsewhere as I want a place that can actually help when I’m struggling! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Hosting multiple Farming Simulator 25 servers with Fragnet this March. Aiya from the support team has been a huge help since then as I had issues with my mods causing crashes. She identified somehow the issue and fixed it within a few hours o_o
I don't think other hosts would do the same.

They false advertise. No instant servers. No information of when and if itss going up.

Não vale nada só querem o dinheiro. Aluguei um servidor e o mesmo mostra mensagem pendente e não deixa configurar nada. Pedia ajuda á equipa técnica e a mesma não responde nem prestam nenhuma assistência. O pior local para se alugar um servidor.

Recently switched to Fragnet with my Battlefield 4 server and so far support had been exceptional. I faced some issues with a Procon plugin (adkats) and their team went above and beyond to help patch the issue... My previous host straight up said "not our issue fix it yourself".
I'm happy to have found some caring support at last.

Outstanding service i have been with Fragnet for some years there support is amazing i then went for a 2nd server to setup a PVP rust i went for the Stone 4GB package as i did not need it that hi spec but due to the new rust update the server will not start up on a 1000 size map as it uses more then way over 4GB to start up i was offered a 10% discount on a upgrade but i just think the stone package needs to be no less then 8GB with how rust is working now.

Outstanding service , great prices for my servers , knowledgeable and friendly staff , when I get a problem or have a question I fill out a ticket and get a response quickly and to the point , I would definitely recommend this company to anybody , when I had lag issues with my servers they got on it right away and moved the server to another computer , when that did not fix my problem they moved my servers to another city which is closer to me . Thrilled with the staff and service .

Claiming to be instant with game server. That's not the case at all. Support 24/7 might be the case, but no answers in hours.
Edit: I did get a service minded respons with compensation for the delay. Server worked fine.

I've ordered a Rust server in Germany to play with some friends. Being based in Greece my latency is hovering around 70ms which is okay. I hope they can add some locations closer to us down here..
Pros I noticed: Hmm, full control over all files, settings, etc. Being notified on my discord as well if something is wrong with my server is nice too. The new addition of scheduled wipes and uMod plugins is cool too.
Cons: Pricing could be better.

Terrible hosting FTP doesn't work and FS19 server is terrible. Do not host with them.

Efficiency and availability, a team at the top! If you are looking for THE host you need, you have found it! I recommend 200%

We're a big server provider for CS:GO and can recommend the service. All problems have been handled. Mostly the solutions are quick. For bigger problems it might take 2 or 3 days to get the correct solution.
Fragnet is one of the best server providers.
