I have purchased multiple Fracture glass prints as memorials to my husband, who passed away a year ago. The most recent purchase was my first of the medium size. It was the first time I have encountered a defect - instead of hanging my print, the keyhole in the backing tore/collapsed. Now for the good part - all I had to do was email customer service with a photo of the issue. Fracture quickly repaced the entire print, which is now hanging on my wall. I love these prints and highly recommend the company.

The prints came out blurry - the images were sharp on my smartphone and fit within the recommended pixels. I am very disappointed. I will see what the return policy is.

First time , I tried Fracture. The reviews I read were good. Process was easy from start to finish. When I received the the finish product, I was amazed at the quality of the work.

I had two friends that had to put their dogs down recently and I ordered pictures of their dogs for them. I expected it to take a couple weeks to come and thus give them time to recover, however my only complaint is they came within a couple days. Very impressive quality and most impressive turnaround time! The stands are a nice touch. It gave them the option to hang or put on a shelf. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

For a cellphone photo, I was super happy with my print! The clarity and color were spot on!

Very cheap looking. more like plastic than glass. edges not finished can see where the picture edges meet? not worth the money

I was ordering my print for my mom for a Christmas present. Right after ordering and uploading my picture, it was shipping. Wasn't expecting til the 26th. A day after Christmas. Was so surprised when it was delivered on 12/ 22. I thought it looked amazing. My mom loved it. Will definitely be ordering again. I had it sized 15.5" x20.5" again it looked absolutely amazing!!! Thank you

Beautiful pictures and perfectly done! My sister in law loved them!

The print is very nice, the frame is so so, but the hanging method is terrible. The tape won’t stick to stippled walls and the screw is good but the frame backing is too fragile. Plus the photo does not hang level.

The first picture that I received came with the incorrect crop. I reached out to Fracture and although it took some time to get a response once we connected, Fracture fixed the issue and sent me a new picture that met my expectations. I am now very satisfied with the end product, it looks beautiful on my wall. Thank you for taking care of this, Fracture team!

The photo is absolutely beautiful! We are very pleased with this purchase. It came packaged well and was easy to hang.

I have not received a response from my complaint last week about receiving an empty crushed box

While I super LOVE fracture, they need to make some panoramic prints available. My print doesn't look right cut off and not long enough for the spot.
