Sorry I haven’t had back to you before now, but this was a Christmas gift! I took the photo of the northern lights where we live. It arrived packaged safely and it is beautiful! Thank you for helping a great memory stay alive. 👏👏👏👏👏😊

Large print of black and white wedding picture was so printed so dark that we lost all detail in the picture we sent. My head and hand look like they are floating in a sea of black

Love my Fracture glass prints! I have a picture from the many trips we have taken, to look at daily and remember them! I will be starting a new wall in a different room, different format soon! These are Matte glass, which does not show glare…yet hard to believe glass, even though beautiful! I will try the non/matte next room. No better way to cherish these memories!!

Wanted to give a review of my experience with Fracture. My item was destroyed during shipping and was never notified that it was destroyed. Three weeks later I received from this shipping company a piece of cardboard and a letter that said during shipment product was destroyed. No other directions. I contacted Fracture and they were very disappointed with the shipping company. The next day Fracture contacted me and had already reprinted the picture and were sending it two day shipping. I received it in two days and the picture was beautiful. Thumbs up to Fracture for taking care of their customers so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company.

I recently received my order and it was perfect! The colors are vibrant and the photo are true to the original or even better. This is a Christmas gift for my wife because we recently lost her mother in June due to a long battle with dementia. This photo was taken in 1992 when we were recently married. My print was not as clear as the one I uploaded. Seemed blurry. I bought for a gift for a family member. Now not sure about giving it.

I got this after comparing with printing on metal for a picture I took while on vacation. I got the glass print because it was slightly lower cost. The final product is amazing. It was delivered quickly and when it arrived I was surprised at the care taken in packaging. Mounting was easy and it have gotten several compliments on the picture since I hanged it.

Not a great focus /clarity. Maybe what I sent, but also pic is more lower in glass than centered,. Attention to detail.
