I have to say I find foxy games brilliant, I play for fun when the grandkids have gone to school and have time to myself, last week I was invited to foxy jackpots and won a lovely unexpected amount, I did have to wait 4 days for payout but received 2 emails of apologies saying there had been a problem with there systems. So I am a very happy lady hopefully I will be invited again to jackpots

After spamming me with emails and texts promoting their free to play promotions, I received an email saying "you will no longer be eligible to receive and accept any bonuses from us for the time being" I emailed back asking for the reason they had put this restriction on my account. I got a reply saying "we think you have already benefitted from enough promotional value" What a joke. Basically because I've taken a few quid off them and not lost a fortune on their site like many gamblers do. Now if I'd only ever played the free games and not deposited anything then yeah fair enough, but I have made real money deposits in the past, just I've withdrawn when I've been up. Its literally peanuts I've won and I think its pathetic to be banned from promotions just because they aren't profiting from me. I actually thought Foxy Games/Foxy Bingo wasnt too bad a site. Plenty of others out there though, I wont be going back to this one. Like a lot of other people by the sound of things

I had £601 in yesterday,tried to withdraw £300, this got reversed and the whole balance disappeared with no explanation.

First time on. Started with £20 Won £60 first game, £110 the second. Withdrew £140. Lost the remainder. Still came away significantly up. That's said I would imagine the algorithm is written in a way that let's you win to hook you in perhaps!

Just a warning. Played MASK OF HORUS tonight. Gobsmacked to lose £275 in less than an hour at £1 a spin. The game is 6 reels wide with a golden pyramid on reels1 & 6. If one of these appear you win whatever cash symbols appear on the other reels. The good news is there are plenty of cash symbols, usually 5 or 6 appear, sometimes as many as 11 or 12. The bad news is when a pyramid appears, which are few and far between, the cash symbols mysteriously disappear and it seems the pyramids are not designed to pay much. If you can get a winline in the base game of 6 symbols it pays a measly 2.5 of your stake, in my case £2.50. As 6 winning symbols is a rarity you can imagine the winnings are sparse. Even three winning symbols are hard to come by as the cash symbols ruin chances of winning combinations as so many of them appear (except if a golden pyramid shows up!) Sorry to disappoint you, but if you manage to get free games up via 3 bonus symbols (which I did 3 times!!!) the payout is poor. I got two single figure wins and a massive £23 the third time so you can't make up losses with bonus wins like you usually can. Add the fact that there are not many wins and usually these are wins on matching the first two reels which are wins in pence only, and you have a slot machine that is both very expensive and boring. It follows in the great tradition of those games with the word HORUS in the title in that you have to put a lot of money in them to get very little out. I have seen Foxy games reply. It is the standard reply all casinos give. I would agree with them usually if the slots were truly random but all slots perform to a pattern as regular players will know and that is why this review has been written, because the slot didn't perform to the pattern, but instead was more frugal in its payouts than most. Always the sign of a greedy casino. Let me ask you a question. If slots are truly randomised how come they all have average payouts which range in the 90%+ range. If they were truly random surely some would pay more than they take in, 100%+, or less than the 90-99% currently quoted, e.g. 89%. But the casinos quote, say, 95.6% payout to ensure they make a small percentage profit. But in order to ensure this small profit the slot cannot be truly random otherwise the casino may make a loss rather than profit. Ergo the slot must perform to a "pattern" in order to ensure a profit. A randomiser is the last thing a casino needs!!!

Foxy customer services are the worst!
They have super basic training on trouble shooting but tell you “I will resolve you issue today” and then say you need to email support with a screenshot of the error, they could just have a attachment button so i can send them the screen shot in real time! Then i complained about customer service and they closed my account because they said there worried about my gambling even tho im up and dont make big deposits at all. They do this as a punishment but they lost a customer

why wont the pig explode anymore on the pig banker game on foxy games when it first came onto it was ace i loved it, it did it all the time weather i won a good amount or small either way i opened it..
now its like its stuck I cant seem to get it open at all now same with the new lobster game that's similar too.. I've actually waisted gis knows how much money just trying to get it opened an cracked on both games but it's still nit having now if it just won't open or crack at all. . 🤔🤔

if could give no star i would disgusting site ive been on there for ages ive deposited loads and now all of sudden wont pay my withdraw of £30 what robbers will not leave it at that even though it is a small amount i will plaster these all over sites how bad they are would even go court even if it cost me thousands

This app is a joke and a scam I was winning so they banned my account and my remaining withdrawals were never sent to me absolute joke robbed by them there support are useless don’t use this app a joke!

As you will see from my previous reviews lately, they have been for online casinos and I've left a couple of good ones, it might start to look like I'm fake. I can assure you I'm not, I'm 100% genuine and honest. I rarely leave a review, usually only if I'm extremely happy or if I've had a terribly bad experience. When using websites or deciding to sign up online I usually do a lot of research and base my decision on this and peoples reviews, so I know the importance of giving an honest, accurate review based on your personal experience. I only play for fun and spend very little money but I enjoy the daily promotions and bonuses etc and Foxy has to be one of the best for the little daily freebies. Since I started playing again recently about 5 months ago this was one of the first sites I signed up to. Up until today the most I've won in total and had in my account is about £20 but tonight I won £101..thank you Foxy. I withdrew at £75 and the money was in my bank account within 15 mins. Excellent!! I hope this is the start of more good luck playing here. Based on my experience here it's hard for me to see how it has so many bad reviews..this was one site I didn't research when signing up as the welcome offer was exceptional for a small £5 deposit...I personally am glad I didn't do my usual research on this occasion as I most probably would of steered well clear, but for now I am glad I didn't...I hope my opinions don't change and I don't bite the bullet. Thank you again Foxy 5*****+ and I will fully recommend unless I have reason not to otherwise. I do understand gambling you win some and lose some and will expect to take the rough with the smooth, so I don't expect miracles but a bit of fair, fun play with the added bonus of a few little wins here and there.

I just opened my account , played for a bit and when trying to withdraw the money I was asked to contact customer service. Then they just closed my account and seized the balance with no further explanation.

Don't know what this company is doing I know you can win and lose but this site is terrible just keeps taking and giving nothing avoid at all cost

Absolutely adored Foxy Bingo and Foxy Games. By far my favourite online casinos, loved doing their daily perks, regularly went on it. Until today, when they have blocked me from any bonuses or offers as a "business decision" with no further explanation - obviously I have won too much. What a shame. Will go elsewhere as I think this is disgusting.
