Games not fair on Virgin …
I was happy on 10p 20p and 40p spins thought was fair in wins and losses but noticed on £1 spins it didn't matter how much I spent I never got the Scstters bonus on and lost hundreds of pounds. Never known this before on other sites. The £1 spins are set to give you some wins but no scatters I've deleted my account as if you do win anything next time you play it takes it off you and more

Imagine being told to play and have fun by the support team to only learn its them saying have fun losing your money and for me to be ok with it. I joined and played the blitz game and lost £100 waiting for a bonus. The bonus was up to x5 and played for a good hour at 50p spin. The game was paying less than my winnings by a lot after some time but I thought it has to come in soon surely for a bonus to use. Well I didn’t get that bonus after £100 and ended up pissed off I joined up and wasted money on a site that I heard was fun. It was small bets and god was it boring but again waiting for that bonus was painful. I’ve found this site very bad for a gambler as you will lose so much so please don’t bother on this site. I’ve gave up playing and may return in another few years to see if they have changed from being scumbags and will play the free slots in the App Store. Be safe

This site is a joke, been playing for a while and just recently it’s been terrible, you work the game by putting money in and restart game appears 😡 £60.00 spent on fishing frenzy splash 2 restarts and just one feature paying £1.60 this site is getting worse, bad payouts and restart game problems. Now I expect a reply the RNG is completely impartial 🤔🤔🤔 I don’t think so, I’ve monitored the last couple of months and there is no way this could be the case. Worst site for sure. Really bad site.
They all claim “RNG” but that’s an excuse, if there’s an RTP even with a reserve you should be winning a percentage back.
As I always say devil is in the detail, look at the profit an online casino makes and you’ll find the best casino based on that data.
Meaning if they’re not taking absurd amounts of profit then I’d say it’s safe to say you’d probably be winning far more.

Been brilliant site up to now for promotions. Won 20 spins on the slots tournaments and won £40 with free spins. They’ve now withdrawn all promotions and bonuses from my account. I can understand if it was thousands I had won! I spent about £10 per day and have never made a profit before really. Treating loyal customers like this is bizarre. I’ve closed my account.

It's just dead spin after dead spin. And then you get scatters after about 100 spins and it pays out less than what you've spent always. Joke of a casino and just one big giant scam. Stay clear guys they will have your pants down.

Great casino. Deposited £50 last night and played a new game i have no played before. I span into a bonus spin and won over £4,000, I didn’t actually think it would pay out but it did. So annoyed at this site...
Was on big bass bonanza and was in a bonus got kicked out my bonus and would not let me back in.
Contacted live chat and there were about as helpful as a Brickwall telling me to be patient.

Would like someone to fix this error as your withholding my winnings..

I have only played once. I deposited £20 and withdrew £80.00. I didn't think it was so bad.
