Over approximately a year, my partner lost around €70,000 on your platform while displaying clear and escalating markers of gambling harm. This included highly erratic deposit behaviour, prolonged sessions, and hundreds of distressed live chats.
Despite this, she was placed in VIP engagement, receiving regular contact, incentives, and even gifts, including items sent around the time of our wedding. In our view, this was wholly inappropriate given the obvious indicators of vulnerability.
We escalated this directly, including contacting CEO Charles Lee and members of the board, but received no meaningful response.
The consequences have been devastating. I had to read my partner’s suicide letter and support her through a serious mental health crisis and ongoing recovery. A portion of the funds lost was also mine, including money we had set aside for IVF treatment, which has now been significantly impacted.
This matter has now been formally reported to the Gambling Commission. Given previous regulatory action for similar failings, we believe this raises serious public interest concerns.

Another acca boosted from 73-1 to 75-1, another 28-1 to 29-1 and on and on... for a company that prides themselves on their supercharge boosts hence why they supply customers with the worst odds in the industry... its nothing but disgraceful.
This is the worst bookmaker I have ever used and admittedly they are lucky to take £30 worth of bets from me In a week bc of this.
Tell me how is it fair when even the supercharged odds on 6fold - 10fold accas ranging from 25-1 up to 90-1, are worst odds than every other bookmakers normal odds on the same acca without a boost.
When your 34-1 6 fold is boosted to 35-1 and all other bookmakers normal odds on that same acca range from 44-1 up to 55-1, with boosts they range even higher.
Shame on you kwiff, once or twice is acceptable bit 5 accas in a row you are disgusting.
I urge people to exit this bookmaker, these supercharged boosts are fake and are no way random because why are my last 5 boosts as pathetic as kwiff itself.
