Another week no wins off bingo tickets and cant win in other paid rooms either its not about luck its pure fixed. Sick of leaving reviews on here but bit of luck would help. Foxys getting almost as bad as lads coral and gala good thing I deposit once a month. If things dont get lucky im not depositing anymore as its just all take and no give. Absolutely shambolic in terms of transparency. I decided to open an account (I should have read Trustpilot first; in the light of what I have seen on the site I would never have entertained the idea). I was refused, no reasons given, they declined when asked to give a reason and just kept reiterating their right to refuse. I have read every word of their terms and conditions and I cannot see where I am in breach. I have requested their complaints procedure multiple times (not to complain per se about not being able to open an account - I am extremely glad now that I haven't - but about their lack of transparency) and this has not been forthcoming. They seem to lack an understanding that having a complaints procedure in place and available is actually a legal requirement not an optional extra. Their responses are a masterclass in stonewalling

Make sure you read the reviews before you put any money into this site alls the site does is take take take and gives nothing back. I have now closed my account after being a customer for years it time to stop giving to these robbing sites

Completely frustrated so much so that I'm.leaving a review which I never do. I tried to explain my situation ( which I had to do several times in several different ways to several customer service workers. i deposited £31 and ended up with £160, they blocked then restricted my account, then deleted the account so i can't login. This company will steal your money and winnings be very careful. DO NOT gamble here, use another trusted site.

I deposited £100 from a Shared account, made £460 within 30 minutes and then the company blocked my account and have seized my money due to a 'Business Decision'.
I sent them all the KYC requirements, along with the bank being in my name and they still are refusing the withdraw. SCAM COMPANY

There's no point in playing tournaments anymore; it's not worth wasting time. You've doubled the cost of exchanging coins for spins or cash, and tournament points are incredibly low for 1,000 points.
