I live in the UK and placed an order for my son and daughter in laws 1st wedding anniversary. The order was delivered on time but unknown to me, the flowers were already open and almost over when they arrived. Consequently, they only lasted 4 days - and for the price paid, this is way below expectations.
I raised a complaint only to be told that this has to be placed within 24hrs of delivery.
This is totally unreasonable:
1. My son is not going to tell me when the flowers arrive that they were poor quality when they were a gift.
2. I only found out that they had been thrown away a week later when I arrived in Singapore myself.
The company flatly refuses it is at fault nor will it offer any form compensation. I will not be using them again and warn others to stay away too.

I am writing from Istanbul, Turkey, regarding a recent order I placed through your platform: a personalized Plant Pot & Guess Body Mist combo for my wife, who resides in Singapore with our two sons.
I selected express delivery and uploaded a personal photo to be printed on the pot. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered on time, which completely ruined the surprise. I was forced to inform my wife, who then had to contact your local customer service team herself — defeating the entire purpose of the gift.
When the order finally arrived, it was highly disappointing:
The flowers were nearly dead
The photo was missing from the pot
The delivery was significantly delayed
To make matters worse, your response was to offer a 15 SGD coupon for a future purchase and to decline our request for a replacement with a healthy, personalized plant — as was clearly shown on your website.
I want to emphasize:
This was meant to be a special and personal gift. A discount voucher cannot compensate for the disappointment caused.
We only requested what was promised on your platform — nothing more.
My wife should never have been involved in resolving this issue, as the entire point was to surprise her.
Therefore, I request the immediate delivery of a fresh plant with the photo I uploaded — exactly as shown on your website — by tomorrow. You are welcome to retrieve the failed delivery.
If this cannot be arranged, I expect a full refund without delay.
FNP : is the flower quality worse or the customer service?
FNP has completely lost the plot in Singapore. Extremely bad quality of flowers and even worse customer service. Not sure they can survive for long in a competitive market.

Absolutely pathetic service by FNP!
I had placed an order on 3rd April for 2 products —
Customised Pen (₹800)
Jade Plant (₹200)
Plus delivery charges — specifically mentioned it’s for a birthday gift on 4th April.
Despite clear instructions, multiple follow-ups, and continuous chasing with FNP customer care and their delivery partner Bluedart — my order was shamelessly delivered today on 7th April — 3 days late!
This has completely ruined the purpose of the gift. The plant arrived fully damaged and the pen is nowhere worth ₹800 — extremely poor quality.
The person I ordered it for has already left — making my time, money, and efforts a total waste.
This is not just poor service — this is clear mental harassment and emotional distress for the customer. Zero professionalism. No accountability. No support.
Such experiences totally break customer trust. I demand a full refund immediately. Will never recommend FNP to anyone!

FNP is an Indian platform that use sub-contractor(s) in Singapore to do their on-line business. Poor quality of flowers, non-delivery and non-refund can happen to you as you can never reach them in Singapore. Think before you order.

Poor delivery service
I have ordered on FNP on 13th feb for delivery on 14th feb(order no. 6011884701).
This order was not delivered on specified date with the reason as "Unable to find Address". Though delivery person has neither attmpted nor called for the same. When I called the vendor he mentioned that FNP has assign this product to wrong vendor.
when I called up FNP helpdesk I never got clear indication on the date. Also the person was extremely rude and reluctant to give clear answers.
For valentine day the price was Rs 400 extra which was dropped on next day.
