Never arrived
In April 2, made an order for flowers and a cake. Half of the cake was melted, and the delivery driver left before I had a chance to check the product. I called FNP, but the agent was not very accommodating. He mentioned that the same chocolate cake was not available and that the earliest replacement delivery would be between 10:30–11:00 pm. The cake didn't arrive. I waited from 8pm till 11:30pm and when I sent a Whatsapp message, he said that the order didn't registered in the system. The agent, Aryan, offered a partial refund which I didn't agree to a partial refund since they made me wait and I couldn't gift this to my friend. The next morning again He offered another bouquet of flower and chocolates as a gesture of goodwill. He said it would be delivered today between 17:00-23:00 again the flowers and chocolates were NOT delivered. When I called a second time they only offered a partial refund for the damaged cake. But what about the time you made me loose waiting for the delivery that never arrived? So unprofessional and not good customer service!

Ordered a Mother’s Day cake through the…
Ordered a Mother’s Day cake through the Smiles app. At 11:50 PM — 10 minutes before midnight, before Mother’s Day even began — FNP called saying the cake was “not available by mistake.” I agreed to any alternative cake to avoid delays. Instead of arranging a replacement, they cancelled the order without my consent and then blamed it on me, claiming I cancelled it myself.
The app shows: “Order cancelled by the restaurant.” He told me on the phone: “You cancelled it.” Pick one — both can’t be true.
Tried calling back multiple times. No answer. When he finally picked up, he lied to my face.
📌 I have call logs and order screenshots as proof.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s dishonesty. You don’t get to ruin someone’s celebration and then gaslight them about it. FNP.ae clearly has zero respect for customers and zero accountability when things go wrong.
Avoid this brand if your occasion actually matters to you.
Misleading Product – Delivered Item Does Not Match Advertisement
I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the way this issue has been handled.
The item delivered does not match what was advertised at all. I have already clearly explained this to the florist, yet instead of addressing the discrepancy properly, they continued to push back and offered only a return voucher of $15, which is not acceptable given the extent of the difference.
Their response stating that “all images on this website are illustrative in nature and intended to enhance your browsing experience” is not a reasonable justification. Customers rely on these images to make purchasing decisions, and the delivered product should closely reflect what is shown. Additionally, the flower arrangement itself was messy and poorly presented.
At this stage, I am requesting a full refund. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I hope the business takes responsibility and resolves this promptly.
Updates on 20/03/26: Ferns N Petals stated that a refund will only be issued after they collect the flower stand from the funeral. This is highly unreasonable — what kind of business operates this way?
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP).
I paid extra for a fixed-time delivery slot (11 AM – 12 PM), expecting it to be delivered on time for a special occasion. However, the order was not delivered within the promised time.
When I contacted customer support, they were quite rude and kept insisting that I should wait another hour instead of allowing me to cancel the order. This was frustrating, especially since I had already paid extra specifically for timely delivery.
Charging customers for a guaranteed time slot and then failing to honor it is not acceptable. The lack of professional customer support made the experience even worse.
I would advise others to be cautious when opting for paid time-slot deliveries, as it may not be reliable. Also now they say that refund will be processed after 24 hours and will take between 7 to 10 days to reflect in bank.
They were initially insisting that they will credit my FNP account but i clearly said no then very rudely they agreed to send the refund to my bank.
I would suggest you buy your flowers from some footpath and make the day of the seller and your loved ones while also saving a lot for yourself.
