They don't have an address or a phone number. I emailed them to cancel my order but of course they ignored me and charged my account and never shipped anything. And yes, it was a link that I clicked on from tiktok. Never again!

It gave me a generic tracking on their site that said the order was retrieved by the carrier, but didn’t list carrier or tracking number. Very shady! Buyer Beware! I will never order anything from Lumens again!

Tried reaching out to customer service twice and no response.
The light was delivered in the manufacturer's box only, with no outer box for protection or padding inside the box. The box was very crushed and partially open because it had only been secured with one piece of tape. I would expect a lighting company to take more care in packing and shipping their products.
Parts may be missing, lamp may have internal damage -- it clearly was very banged up in transit. I don't want to test its functionality because I don't want it to be considered as having been "installed" per the return policy.
I can initiate a refund from the order, but the return policy also indicates that "refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged due to improper return packaging." I don't think I should be expected to return the item with better care than it was sent to me. But I don't want to risk not getting a refund if I send it back.
First attempt to contact customer service generated auto-reply that said they would get back to me in one day, but it has been a week. Tried again and no response whatsoever.

TWO CANCELLED ITEMS, no explanation
I jumped on an “unboxed” clearance sale and bought and lamp and chair, final sale. One week later, I received a note that the items were unavailable with no explanation. Customer service says maybe someone clicked on (two wildly different items) at the same time. But really - a point of sale error should result in a more immediate message to me, not one week later. And I do not trust that a lamp and unrelated chair were clicked on within minutes of the sale, right before I clicked “buy.”
Have been a Lumens customer for years- my home and yard are filled with chairs, couches, tables and lighting I had shipped up to Northern California because I liked their stuff so much. I had my architect open an account so we could use them during a remodel last year.
But I will never use them again. This weird incident and ridiculous explanation makes no sense, so now I do not trust them.
Another strange thing is that I have a tracking update for the chair AND the lamp, although I have received 5 emails just today about how the orders have been cancelled.

This review isn't about the product itself, but rather my experience with Lumens, a company that misled its clients by guaranteeing a price match but ultimately failed to honor it. I sent multiple emails, provided a link to a competitor's website, and submitted a screenshot showing the same item at a lower price. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my efforts.
Had I known I would be treated this way, I would have purchased the item from another retailer at the lower price. I initially trusted Lumens to uphold their price match promise. It's disappointing and frustrating. They should remove this guarantee from their website and stop misleading customers!

I placed an order for two lamps on 11/25/25, but then found out they were backordered. I called on 11/29/2025 and asked to cancel the order, and I was told it would be canceled and I'd receive confirmation in 3-5 days. But on 12/9/25, I received an email with a shipping date—so I emailed Lumens and again requested the return. They replied that it was too late to cancel the order, but they'd set up a free return. After receiving the item, I emailed on 12/21/2025 to request a return label. A Lumens rep told me I'd receive the label in 24-28 hours. It hadn't arrived by 1/11/2026, so I emailed again, and the label was provided that day. I shipped back the items on 1/31/2026, and they were signed for at the warehouse on 2/4/2026. I didn't receive a confirmation of the return or a refund. I emailed on 2/14/2026 to request both, and I have yet to receive any sort of reply from Lumens.
UPDATE: Lumens response to this review is COMPLETELY UNTRUE. It is now March 10th, and I still haven't received a refund. I called on March 2nd and talked to a rep, and he told me that the refund wasn't processed because it was marked as canceled in their system. He said he reached out to the accounting department, and I would receive a refund in three to five business days, but I still have not received it yet.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to save other customers time and frustration.
I purchased the Componibili round modular stacking unit order #3177780 on 11/28/2025. My account was charged in full and a shipping label was created 12/4/2025, but UPS never received the item and it was later deemed lost after numerous calls to customer service and not to mention I was disconnected several times. I was told I could either wait for it to be located or receive a replacement. Waiting indefinitely for a "lost" package made no sense, so I chose the replacement.
I received an email stating the replacement wouldn't ship until around 2/23/2026-nearly three months after my original purchase. At that point, I called to cancel the order and requested a full refund.
I received confirmation that the cancellation was successful, yet I still have not received my refund. My account was charged on 12/4/2025, and as of today, 1/30/2026-nearly two months later-there has been no resolution. This is despite multiple follow-ups and notifying the company I would initiate a chargeback with my bank if I don't receive a refund in a timely manner with my last phone call on 1/10/2026.
I ultimately had to file a claim with my bank. I also ordered the same product from another company and received it as promised over two weeks ago.
This experience reflects the extremely poor logistics, communication, and customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Awful. Cannot track my order, have to speak through the chat bots. Anytime I have sent formal emails, no response. Ordered in August and now set to ship in February (they have pushed back the shipment every month). They claim even if it said in stock, that they cannot guarantee that. Had to change shipment addresses due to the wait being so long we have a different address... well now we get a random call from a shipment broker overseas saying something is being sent to us at the old address. The order, on a different date than Lumens said. Seems like they have no connection to anything that is then shipped to customers, as I asked and they said there was nothing they can do but send the company an email then maybe I pray to get an email response back. What a mess.
Oh and on a $20,000 order, they only offered me $300 off for the trouble after months of begging......

Beautiful lighting and arrived as expected. When I changed my mind about the size of the sconces, customer service rep was very friendly and helpful in getting the first set exchanged. Would order from here again.

This company is based in Holland and everything is shipped from china. This was not clear on the website and I am now waiting for a light to turn up. I have tracking numbers that do t work and I gets messages that it’s on its way but no idea when. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a light that has not shown up with no help from there customer service. They just send automated messages. I have also been charged in £ when the price was quoted in euros so more exspensive.

The headlight finally arrived and it seems to work. That said, I am not happy for I was charged a warranty product fee of $4.99 that I did not authorized. I sent an email asking for the refund right away and I got a bot response totally ignoring my request. I called two of the toll free numbers that are not being answered. Too much aggravation. Just find a similar light from another company.
