MyMy order DF4870, I don't have clue of my order been delivered yet. I checked on the tracker it says no order. I have screen shot taken off confirmation and the payment been deducted from my account.
Can you check and confirm what is
going on.
I have received my order, but it did arrive late. Thanks for delivery, the little one was happy 😊. Your tracking system should work to avoid unnecessary issues.

My experience was different from most of the reviews here. They did an exceptional job in timely communication and delivery. Even though specific cake I ordered wasn't finally available, they informed me this well in time and proactively arranged an alternative cake which looked and tasted really good! The flower bouquet was also beautifully arranged and fresh!

If I could, I would honestly give this business -5 stars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Calling yourselves a “same day delivery” business is completely misleading. This is now the THIRD time this has happened to me, every single time I place an order and make payment, I get contacted afterwards saying the flowers I selected are suddenly “not available today.”

What makes it worse is that the website clearly shows the products as available for my postcode before payment is made. Somehow, after taking the money, they manage to ruin special occasions and deliveries with excuses. Gifts and flowers are sentimental, and clearly this business does not care at all about the impact their poor service has on customers.

At this point it honestly feels like a scam tactic to get people to pay first and then disappoint them later. Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and frustrating. I will never order from here again and would strongly recommend others avoid this business if they actually want their special occasions handled properly.

They are just scamming with over prices. Utterly disappointing customer service, they are the most unresponsive customer support. I am very sure they will not réflective on my comment even after reading it!!!!!!! Please don’t do false claims and yes karma will hit you back!!!!!!!!

When I placed the ordered then the exact date of delivery they send an email that in this location they can’t delivered . They ruin the Mother’s Day for my mom becoz I m in different country so that was so hurtful .waste of money and time . Don’t use this website if the gifts re not available why ure website say that on this pincode it is available upgrade the features.

I had very bad experience with floraindia. I was placed the Rasmalai cake for my Dad birthday. But some reason i requested to cancel the order or chamge the flavour. They agreed, they changed the flavour Rasmalai cake to vanilla cake 2kg. I was paid 2995INR or nzd $59.89. Message them can you share the cake picture. They say before delivery we will share you. When i received the picture i was shocked. I paid 2995 INR not for this cake. Then i saw website 2kg vanilla cake 2199INR. I was share with one of the customer service team member no one reply me. Don't buy anything for that company.

Unprofessional.

Very Disappointing Service

What is the point of all your marketing if you cannot deliver on the most important day?

I ordered flowers and cake specifically for Valentine’s Day, and you completely failed to deliver them on the 14th. Instead, I received an email asking whether they could be delivered on the 15th of February. That defeats the entire purpose of a Valentine’s Day gift.

Valentine’s Day is a fixed date. Delivering the next day is not acceptable and shows poor planning and lack of accountability.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I wish i could give Minus 5 but there are no options for it. Extremely poor communication, very difficulty in getting response. No ones is there to pick up your phone calls, got lucky after trying several phone calls(may be 40-50 calls in 2 hours) attempt and the person said should be there within an hour. Its almost 2 hours now and still products are not delivered. Occasion is almost finished and yet to received delivery and now can't reach them. (Both phone is switched off) what an disappointment I should have not ordered from them on this special occasion. My happy moment they turned into sad.

Pathetic.. pls don't ever order from them. They r fraud.
For a 2900 fruit basket.. what we recieve is bananas... Don't ever think of sending gifts through them

I have been using the services of FloraIndia for a number of years, most recently 2 days ago. I ordered a bouquet but they could not source Birds of Paradise flowers. However, they managed to get hold of them today and delivered it to my Mum who was over the moon with her favourite flowers. Thank you FloraIndia.

I ordered a cake for my parents’s anniversary one day prior. The cake arrived right on time and was super delicious. Looked just the pic.
I had ordered before reading reviews For the site. I had really given up home hope that the cake would even get delivered seeing the reviews here. So when my sister and parents said it was super awesome, I had to leave a review. Its unfortunate that the others here had such a bad experience. Hopefully they rectify it soon.

Extremely disappointed by the service , not once , but twice . Both times their team texted last minute saying they don’t have the flowers I had ordered and could replace them with either roses or garberas. Both times I paid over 2000INR , only to receive an average bouquet of flowers any local florist would keep . The cake received was also significantly different than advertised. They’re clearly false advertising and tricking people into paying more for below average products.

PLEASE REFRAIN.

Worst experience I was ordering cake for my daughter today on the time of ordering they said it will be delivered by today and charged 250 rs extra for delivery after I make payment they totally changed and saying we have not availablity of the cake and I ask for the refund but they ignore and said it will be took 7 days for delivery please don't buy from this totally fraud

Yaar I can say one thing that they just done something unbelievable amazingly prepared the gift and make the surprise worthy love the quality of the products as well

I wanted to send the gifts at very immediate base and they delivered it little late but they told me before that It will be little late due to timing of the order but the quality of the products is just amazing must try

Easy to order and even the got felay little bit but they were informing me and also they just given me fresh bouquet with the delicious cake

Ordered cake from this stupid website. I did not receive the order and also did not get refund even after 10-15 days (which was the time period claimed by them) was over.
Please don't fall for this site, there is no contact number and they don't respond properly in the emails too.

I am a new user, tried your service my wife had birthday on 22nd August and I ordered cake and fresh flowers to deliver on that day. I made that order two days ago. It was a worst experience. They charged 100 for delivery but didn't delivered until evening 7pm. Only at 7pm, they had mentioned that they have received that ordered item to their warehouse. For My wife's birthday I am ordering these, so they should deliver it at least before afternoon. In the evening my wife had to go somewhere, so she post ponded the delivery since it was too late and when the time she received, the fresh flowers were fully turned to wilted. It was a worst experience with you guys. I will never recommend your service to anyone
